Description
Claims (3)
- 내부에 일정 수납공간이 형성된 케이스(1)와;상기 케이스(1) 내주면 일측에 케이스(1)와 일체로 형설된 고정링기어(4)와;상기 고정링기어(4)와 동일선상에 기어비가 다른 형태로 회동가능한 출력링기어(3)와;상기 출력링기어(3)와 일체로 케이스(1) 일측의 베어링(B2)에 끼워져 입력회동을 받아 감속회동되는 출력축(2)과;상기 출력축(2) 내측 베어링(B3)과 케이스(1) 일측의 베어링(B1)에 지지되며, 입력축(5)과 일체로 일정부에 수납실이 형성되며 입력축(5)의 회동과 동일하게 회동되는 1차캐리어(8)와;상기 1차캐리어(8)의 수납실 중앙부를 관통하는 샤프트핀(7)을 중심으로 베어링(B4)에 의하여 회동가능하며 고정링기어(4)와 기어비가 다른 2단기어가 일체로 된 2단유성기어(6)를 포함하는 내접 유성치차를 이용한 감속장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 1차 캐리어(8)와 별개로 베어링(B1, B6, B5, B3)에 삽입되어 2단유성기어(6)의 일측단 기어와 치합된 제1 선기어(9)가 일체로형성되어 엔진 또는 구동모터의 구동력을 받아 회동되는 다른 입력축(5a)과;상기 입력축(5a)과 별도로 입력축(5a)의 회동을 받아 감속회동되는 2차캐리어(12)를 포함하는 내접 유성치차를 이용한 감속장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 입력축(5a)의 제1선기어(9)와 치합되며 또한 일정길이로 형성된 고정링기어(4) 일측부와 치합되는 1단 유성기어(11)와;상기 1단 유성기어(11)를 수납하고 수납실 중심부를 관통하며 1단 유성기어(11)를 베어링(B9)에 의해 지지되는 샤프트핀(13)이 고정 설치되고, 2단 유성기어(6)의 일측단 기어와 치합되는 제2 선기어(10)가 일체로 형설되어 있어 입력회동을 받아 감속회동되는 3차캐리어(14)를 포함하는 내접 유성치차를 이용한 감속장치.
