Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cyclone (centrifugal force dust collector) used in a mobile dust collector, and more particularly, to a cyclone which prevents backflow phenomenon.
Generally, a cyclone is a centrifugal force that flows in and the solid particles suspended in the swirling air flow in the wall direction by the action of centrifugal force. Finally, the cyclone collides with the cyclone wall and separates in the swirling airflow. It is configured to be discharged to the outside mechanically or intermittently to collect to the lower side, but such a conventional cyclone has the drawback that the backflow of the airflow or particles do not accumulate down, especially the blowing (inflow) operation of the airflow When it was stopped, the backflow was severe due to the difference in air pressure, and the collected solid particles were scattered again and flowed back, so that safe dust collection was difficult.
In addition, the conventional cyclone has a disadvantage that its collection capacity is lowered if it is not made to a large size due to its low efficiency, and also requires a large amount of existing equipment because it needs to be enlarged in size. There was a drawback of excessive facility costs.
As a remedy of the deficiencies of the existing cyclone, there are dust scattering devices of the cyclone dust collector of Korean Utility Model Publication No. 87-16168 and the multicyclone dust collector of Korean Utility Model Publication No. 93-5082. Consists of a conical shape, which has the effect of preventing partly scattering due to dust backflow, but was not able to completely prevent dust scattering or backflow, especially when the airflow was stopped, depending on the difference in air pressure inside the blower. It was not possible to completely eliminate the defect that the dust flowed back and scattered upwards.
The present invention completely eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional cyclone as described above, and once the dust is blown out to form a backflow blocking plate and a top and bottom entry and exit pipe to completely collect the dust without being flowed back out of the cyclone. The blown dust does not flow back in any case and is discharged through the lower gate after being rotated or accumulated and described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In a cyclone formed in a conical shape so that it can be detachably mounted at a predetermined position by a bracket (3) with an upper inlet (1) and an exhaust port (2), the upper portion of the cyclone is a central exhaust hole penetrating the exhaust port (2) Sealing only the left (4) and the lower side facing the central discharge hole (4) to form a stable cylinder (5) and the outer peripheral surface of the discharge hole (4) and the stable cylinder (5) is connected to the cartridge filter (6) The upper edge of the lower stable cylinder (5) forms an umbrella-shaped shade 7 to be inclined downward, and the gate 11 opened and closed by the air cylinder 10 is formed at the lower outlet 9 of the conical hopper 8. It consists of being installed.
Reference numerals 12 and 12 'indicate moving wheels.
The cyclone inlet of the present invention constituted as described above is sucked through a suction hood (not shown), and heavy objects are collected by a collecting hopper under the hood, and then some other light and solid solids or gases are collected through the chamber conduit. 1) (the above is described in detail in the mobile dust collector filed on the same day as the present invention), the heavy solid particles in the discharge by centrifugal force, as in the conventional cyclone, collide and pivot in the direction of the wall of the cyclone The air that is impinged on and centrifuged from the air stream is collected into the conical lower hopper and filtered by the cartridge filter (6). The air discharged through the upper central exhaust hole (4) to the exhaust port (2) enters the fume collector and enters the light solid. Flows down the umbrella-shaped shade (7) formed inclined downward from the upper edge of the stable barrel (5) In the upper part, the tornado blocks the reverse flow of air to relieve the flow of air, so even dust or mist turning in the cyclone by centrifugal force is carried on the umbrella-shaped cap (7). 8) It can be piled up as it cools down, so that heavy and hot fires, light mists, and dusts do not flow back into the combustible fume collector and there is no risk of fire. There is a feature that can be used without damage.
According to the present invention, the cyclone is cooled while the solid material such as the flame is turned with the air by the central discharge hole 4 and the stabilization tube 5, the cartridge filter 6, and the umbrella shade 7 of the upper portion. The effect is that it falls down, relaxes the flow chart, and collects completely without any backflow.
