Description
Claims (11)
- 미립자 철함유 물질(4)로부터 액체선철(9) 즉 철강시제품, 특히 환원해면철을 용융가스화로(1)에서 생산하는 방법에 있어서, 탄소함유 물질(2) 및 산소의 공급으로 철함유 물질(4)이 고체 탄소매체(2)로 형성된 층(20, 21)에서 용융되는 동시에 환원가스가 형성되고, 선택적으로 사전 완전환원 시에, 미립자 환원물질(4) 및 산소를 측면으로부터 층(20, 21)내로 도입하는 방법으로서, 고체 탄소매체(2)로 형성된 고정층(20)위에 미립자 고체 탄소매체(2)의 유동층(21) 및 미립자 철함유 환원물질(4)이 유지되고, 미립자 환원물질(4)은 산소와 바로 접하여, 링형상의 단면을 가지고 산소제트를 원주상으로 둘러싸고 산소를 엔클로우즈하는 스트랜드형태가 바람직한 유동층(21)내로 직접 장입되고, 미립자 환원물질(4)이 유동층에서 용융되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 환원물질(4)은 유동가스에 의하여, 바람직하게는 취입으로 유동층(21)내로 장입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유동층(21)의 중앙영역내로 산소가 추가로, 바람직하게는 상기와 같이 취입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 환원물질(4)은 이송가스에 의한 압력으로 유동층(21)내로 장입되고, 이로써 상기 유동층(21)으로 통하는 출구에는 상기 미립자 환원물질(4)이 없는 중공공간(32)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 환원물질(4)은 유동층(21)내로 장입되기 전에 유동층(18)이 형성된 용기(16)내에 포집되고, 이송 및/또는 유동가스에 의하여 상기 유동층(18)으로부터 유동층(21)내의 전방으로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유동층(18)내에는, 상기 미립자 환원물질(4)용 이송가스가 가압상태, 바람직하게는 상기 유동층(21)에 유포되어 있는 압력을 초과하는 압력으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법,
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 행하는 설비에 있어서, 탄소함유 물질(2), 철함유 환원미립자물질(4)을 가하고, 생성된 환원가스를 회수하고, 산소를 공급하는 공급 및 배출관(3, 5, 6, 7)을 가진 용융가스화로(1)를 포함하고, 슬래그 및 용선용 출탕구를 더 포함하는 설비로서, 용융가스화로(1)의 하단부에는 용융선철(9) 및 액체슬래그(10)가 포집되고, 중첩된 중앙부는 고체 탄소매체의 고정층(20)을 수용하고, 이어서 상단부는 유동층(21)을 수용하고, 그 위에는 안정공간(calming space)이 배설되어 있고, 유동층(21)레벨에는 미립자 환원물질(4)용 최소한 하나의 이송관 마우스가 용융가스화로(1)의 측벽에 배설되어 있고, 산소공급관(23)이 미립자 환원물질(4)용 이송관(7)을 중앙으로 관통하여 용융가스화로(1)내로 연통되어 미립자 환원물질(4)용 링형상 이송공간을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 환원물질(4)용 상기 이송관(7)에는 유동가스가 통할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한, 상기 용융가스화로(1)에는 산소용 출구(28)가 상기 유동층(21)레벨 및 상기 단면에 대하여 중앙에 대략 위치되는 산소공급랜스(27)가 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 환원물질용 상기 이송관은 유동층 슬러스를 거쳐 상기 용융가스화로와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비,
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 환원물질(4)용 이송가스를 공급하는 관(31)이 상기 유동층 슬러스(16)와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
