Claims (3)
- 폐목을 1회 이상 분쇄하면서 철물이나 기타 이물질을 분리하여 소요 입도의 목재칩을 얻는 분쇄단계(A)와, 분쇄된 목재칩을 밀폐된 탄화조(210)에 투입하여 탄화시키는 탄화단계(B)와, 탄화된 목탄을 재차 분쇄하는 단계(C)와, 접착제와 착화제성분을 포함하는 부원료를 소정비로 계량하는 계량단계(D)와, 계량된 원료를 혼합하고 물 또는 스팀을 투입하면서 가열하여 점착성이 있는 반죽으로 만드는 쿠킹단계(E)와, 이를 성형기에 투입하여 소정의 형태로 성형하는 성형단계(F)와, 성형된 목탄을 건조실(710)에 투입하여 건조시키는 건조단계(G)를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 탄화조(210)에서 발생된 건류가스는 열풍발생기(250)로 회수되어 소각되고, 이 열풍발생기(250)에서 발생된 열풍은 상기 건조실(710)에 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 목탄제조시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄단계(A)에서 얻어진 목재칩은 공기이송장치(170)에 의해 압송되어 사일로(180)에 저장되고, 상기 사일로(180)에 저장된 목재칩은 공기이송장치(186)에 의해 상기 탄화조(210)로 압송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 목탄제조시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,, 상기 건조단계(G)의 건조실(710)에는 다수의 콘베이어(730)가 상하로 다단 배열되고, 상기 건조실(710)에 투입된 목탄성형품은 상기 콘베이어(730)를 타고 이동되면서 건조되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 목탄제조시스템.
