Abstract

The present invention is to add a dedicated microfilm camera (MicroFilm Camera) to the existing diagnostic X-ray device (including CT) to create a microfilm for storage (object of the present invention) is an diagnostic X-ray film Microfilming results in waste of resources (about 1/20) and efficiency of management, and the use of an image amplifier as in digital X-ray equipment for the production of preservation microfilm, thereby reducing the radiation exposure of patients and radiation workers. As it is reduced to more than 2, it protects the health of patients and radiation workers, and also uses the image amplifier which was used only for digital imaging to produce film, so the power consumption of X-ray diagnostic apparatus is reduced by at least 1/10. Its purpose is to significantly reduce the cost of manufacturing expensive X-ray equipment while reducing its capacity to less than 1/10. The configuration of the present invention comprises a conventional micro-camera (or digital x-ray apparatus), a microfilm camera of the present invention, a mirror device for selecting an existing digital camera and the microfilm camera of the present invention, and Consists of a control device for the present invention, firstly as an effect of the present invention. Microfilming of existing preservation films can greatly contribute to waste of resources and management of preservation films. It satisfies the legal conditions for preserving X-ray film, thereby activating the use of digital X-ray devices, thus providing benefits to patients, and third. A significant reduction in the radiation dose used has a significant impact on the health of patients and radiation workers.

Description

마이크로필름 카메라 시스템(진단용 X-선 장치의){microfilm camera(for medical diagnostic X-ray unit)}Microfilm camera systems (for medical diagnostic X-ray units)

The present invention is to store the diagnostic X-ray image in the microfilm first. Micronization of film, an image storage medium, has significantly reduced the cost of film cost, development and film preservation. The use of an image amplifier minimizes the X-ray dose required to produce the film, which greatly reduces the X-ray generating capacity of the equipment, thereby significantly reducing the production cost of the equipment. It is an object of the present invention to make a significant contribution to the health of patients and radiation workers by the reduction of X-ray dose used.

The present invention relates to a technique for generating a microfilm for preservation in a medical diagnostic X-ray apparatus, and in the related art, a fluorescent plate coated with a fluorescent material for obtaining an image of a subject (human body) that has passed through the X-ray. (Screen) and camera A device consisting of a dark box that accommodates them has been used, but this device has many disadvantages such as the need to irradiate a large amount of X-rays in order to sufficiently expose the film due to the dark image of the subject. Due to its lack of use, its use was limited to special purposes such as mass screening of chest and stomach.

The present invention uses an image amplifier instead of a dark box to solve the above-mentioned defects to completely eliminate the above-mentioned defects, and the digital X-ray apparatus that is gradually being used is integrated with the device to maximize the effect and equipment The technical challenge is to significantly reduce manufacturing costs.
