Claims (5)
- a) 모노머 형태 또는 액화된 예비폴리머로서 메틸렌비스페닐이소시아네이트(MDI) 및/또는 톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트 (TDI) 를 포함하는 이소시아네이트 성분과, b) 적어도 두 개의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자를 갖는 화합물 그리고 c) 사슬 증량제로서 4,4'-메틸렌비스(3-클로로-2,6-디알킬아닐린) 또는 4,4'-메틸렌비스(3-클로로-2,6-디알킬아닐린) 과 적어도 하나의 방향족, 지방족 또는 지환족 디아민, 원한다면 다른 폴리올과 과의 혼합물, 그리고 d) 발포제를 통상의 촉매와 임의의 다른 부가제의 존재에서 반응시켜서 의해 제조하는 셀룰러 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사슬 증량제가 폴리올과 함께 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰러 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 사용되는 사슬 증량제가 4,4'-메틸렌비스(3-클로로-2,6-디에틸아닐린) 또는 4,4'-메틸렌비스(3-클로로-2,6-디에틸아닐린) 과 적어도 하나의 방향족, 지방족 또는 지환족 디아민과의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰러 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 항에 있어서, 물이 발포제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰러 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머.
- 높은 동응력 및 열응력을 받는 성형물 및 완화 시스템을 제조하기 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 셀룰러 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머.
