Claims (8)
- (A) 폴리아세탈 수지 100 중량부 및 (B) 고무상 중합체 코어와 유리상 중합체 쉘로 이루어지고, 하기 화학식 1의 포화 지방산 비스아미드 0.3 내지 5 중량부(코어/쉘 중합체 100 중량부당)를 미리 균일하게 배합한 코어/쉘 중합체 1 내지 100 중량부를 포함하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물:화학식 1R1-CONH-R2-NHCO-R3상기식에서,R1및 R3은 서로 같거나 다르며, 각각 탄소수 10 내지 22를 갖는 지방족 알킬, 치환된 알킬, 아릴 및 치환된 아릴기중에서 선택된 기를 나타내고,R2는 탄소수 1 내지 12를 갖는 이가 탄화수소기를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,코어/쉘 중합체(B)가 거의 음이온이 검출되지 않는 중합체인 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,코어/쉘 중합체(B)가 비이온 게면활성제 및 중성 유리 라디칼을 발생시키는 중합 개시제를 사용하여 유화 중합시켜 수득한 것인 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,코어/쉘 중합체(B)의 쉘이 메틸 메타크릴레이트를 주성분으로 포함하는 중합체인 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,포화 지방산 비스아미드의 포화 지방산 성분이 운데카노산, 라우르산, 트리데카노산, 미리스트산, 펜타데카노산, 팔미트산, 마르가르산, 스테아르산, 노나데카노산, 아라키드산 및 베헨산중에서 선택되는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,포화 지방산 비스아미드의 이가 탄화수소기가 모노메틸렌, 디메틸렌, 트리메틸렌, 테트라메틸렌, 펜타메틸렌 및 헥사메틸렌기중에서 선택되는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,포화 지방산 비스아미드가 에틸렌비스스테아르아미드(C17H35-CONH-CH2-CH2-NHCO-C17H35) 및/또는 메틸렌비스스테아르아미드(C17H35-CONH-CH2-NHCO-C17H35)인 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 나타낸 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물을 성형하여 제조한 폴리아세탈 수지 힌지 부품.
