Claims (7)
- (i) 비공중합화 실란 중 1종 이상이 하기 화학식으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인, 1종 이상의 비공중합화 실란의 0.001 내지 10.0 중량% 용액을, 상기 실란이 기재 위에 약 2.54 μm(0.1 밀) 미만의 건조 두께로 존재하도록, 산 에칭 또는 산 양극처리가 가해지지 않은 세척된 기재에 도포하는 단계(식 중,x는 1 내지 3의 정수이고,R은 탄소수 1 내지 3의 동일하거나 다른 알킬이며,a는 0 또는 1 내지 3의 정수이고,b는 3-a에 해당하는 정수이며,R1은, H2N, H2N(CH2)2NH, H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH 및 H2N[(CH2)2NH]z(z는 0 또는 1 내지 3의 정수임)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다); 및(ii) 실란이 중간에 열분해되지 않은 채 후속적인 코팅이 점착되도록 (i) 단계에 의해 얻어진 기재 표면을 개질하는 단계로 이루어진 금속 기재의 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란이 하기 화학식 A 및 B 중 1종 이상으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.<화학식 A>식 중,x는 1 내지 3의 정수이고,y는 3-x에 해당하는 정수이며,z는 1 내지 3의 정수이고,R은 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬기이다.<화학식 B>식 중,x는 1 내지 3의 정수이고,y1및 y2는 독립적으로 선택된 1 내지 3의 정수이며,z1및 z2는 독립적으로 선택된 0 내지 3의 정수이고,R은 탄소수 1 내지 3의 동일하거나 다른 알킬기이며,a는 0 내지 3의 정수이고,b는 3-a에 해당하는 정수이며,x 및 y는 서로 독립적으로 선택된다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실란이H2N(CH2)3Si(CH3)(OC2H5)2,H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3,H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)3Si(CH3)(OCH3)2,H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3,H2N(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3, 및H2N(CH2)3Si(OCH2CH3)3로 이루어진 군의 1종 이상으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속이 강철 및 알루미늄의 군으로부터 각각 선택되는 것인 부식 억제 및 점착력 향상 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실란 화합물이, 임의로 촉매 존재하에서, 하나의 아미노 수소기에 대해 하나의 에폭시기가 대응하는 몰비의 에폭시 실란 화합물 및 아미노 실란 화합물의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 매질 80 내지 95 중량%, 및 수성 매질과 실질적으로 혼화성이며, (a) 알킬 에스테르 10 내지 50 중량%; (b) 프로폭시 알칸올 및 에톡시 알칸올로부터 선택된 글리콜 에테르 40 내지 85 중량%; 및 (c) 비이온계 계면활성제 2.5 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 유기 매질 5 내지 20 중량%를 포함하는 용매 조성물로 기재를 세척하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하도제, 저부코트 또는 상부코트의 도포 전에 물로 헹굼처리하여 과량의 실란을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
