Claims (10)
- 화학 성분이 동등한 폴리비닐리덴 플로라이드계 고분자 물질 중에서 물리적 특성이 서로 다른 적어도 2종 이상의 물질을 혼합하는 것이 특징인 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 전극 결합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 서로 다른 물질은 각각 호모폴리머와 코폴리머인 것이 특징인 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 전극 결합제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 호모폴리머와 코폴리머의 혼합 비율이 50 대 50 내지 95 대 5 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 전극 결합제.
- 화학 성분이 서로 다른 적어도 2종의 고분자 물질을 혼합하여 제조하는 것이 특징인 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 전극 결합제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 서로 다른 2종의 고분자 물질은 각각 폴리비닐덴 플로라이드계와 러버계 고분자 결합제인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 전극 결합제.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 러버계 고분자 결합제는 스틸렌 부타디엔 러버인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 전극 결합제.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 러버계 고분자 결합제는 EPDM 인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 전극 결합제.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐덴 플로라이드계와 러버계 고분자 결합제의 혼합 중량비율은 20대80 내지 80대20 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 전극 결합제.
- 화학 성분이 동등한 폴리비닐리덴 플로라이드계 고분자 물질 중에서 물리적 특성이 서로 다른 적어도 2종 이상의 물질을 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 NMP 용매로 용해시켜 결합제 용액을 제조한 다음, 이 용액에 활물질과 도전제를 혼합하여 제조하는 것이 특징인 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 활물질 슬러리 제조방법.
- 러버계 고분자 결합제와, 폴리비닐리덴 플로라이드계가 함유된 NMP 용액을 혼합하여 결합제 용액을 만든 다음; 이 결합제 용액에 활물질과 도전제를 혼합하여 제조하는 것이 특징인 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 활물질 슬러리 제조방법.
