Claims (7)
- 고체산 촉매계 존재하에서 알킬화제인 알파메틸벤질알콜과 방향족 탄화수소를 1 : 1∼10의 부피비, 100∼300℃의 반응온도, 1∼45kg/㎠ G의 반응압력, 및 0.1∼10의 반응원료의 무게공간속도로 연속적으로 알킬화반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아릴에탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 탄화수소가 벤젠, 톨루엔, 오르소-자일렌, 메타-자일렌, 파라-자일렌, 에틸벤젠 및 트리메틸벤젠으로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 다이아릴에탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고체산 촉매가 Y형 제올라이트, X형 제올라이트, 제올라이트 베타(β), 모더나이트, L형 제올라이트, ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-18, ZSM-12, 매자이트, 또는 오프레타이트 등의 제올라이트 촉매계, MCM-41, KIT-1, KIT-2, AlKIT-3, 클레이, 및 실리카-알루미나로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종임을 특징으로 하는 다이아릴에탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반응온도가 120℃∼270℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아릴에탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반응압력이 2∼40kg/㎠ G이고, 반응압력을 유지하기 위하여 송입하는 기체가 아르곤(Ar), 질소(N2), 및 수소(H2)중에 선택된 1종 또는 혼합기체인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아릴에탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알파메틸벤질알콜과 방향족탄화수소의 혼합부피비가 1 : 2∼8인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아릴에탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알파메틸벤질알콜과 방향족 탄화수소의 무게공간속도가 2∼8인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아릴에탄의 제조방법.
