Claims (14)
- 가요적이고, 반 경화된, 밀폐-셀 레졸 폼(1, 12)을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,(a) 실질적으로 자유 포름알데히드가 없고 4 내지 8 % 의 수분함량과 40 ℃에서 4,000 cps 내지 40,000 cps 범위의 점도를 갖는 페놀 포름알데히드 레졸 수지, (b) 발포제, (c) 계면활성제 및 (d) 촉매의, 폼을 형성하는 조성물을 제공하는 단계;폼을 형성시켜 레졸 폼을 제조하기 위해서 조성물을 혼합하는 단계; 및형상체 주위를 감는데 충분한 가요성을 가지도록 레졸 폼을 부분적으로 경화하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 발포제는 수소 첨가 클로로플루오로카본(HCFC), 수소첨가 플루오로카본(HFC), 또는 알칸인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, HCFC 는 1-클로로-1, 1-디플루오로에탄, 클로로디플루오로메탄, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로알칸은 식: CnHxFy; n 은 4 내지 20 범위내의 정수, x 는 0 또는 2 내지 10 범위내의 정수, x+y =2n +2, 으로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로알칸은 도데카플루오로펜탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항의 가요적이고, 반-경화된 밀폐-셀 레졸 폼(2, 12)을 형상체(4, 8, 18)주위에 감는 단계 및형상체 둘레에서 형상을 유지하는 정도까지 폼을 충분히 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상체 절연 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 폼(2)은 파이프 절연재이고 형상체는 파이프(4)인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상체 절연 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 절연재는 경화 후 형상체(8, 18)에서 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상체 절연 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 폼 조성물은, 실질적으로 자유 포름알데히드가 없으며 4 내지 8 %의 수분 함량을 갖으며 40 ℃에서 5,000 cps 내지 40,000 cps 범위의 점도를 갖는 페놀 포름알데히드 레졸 수지로 제조되며, 산출 폼 조성물은 밀폐-셀 레졸 폼인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상체 절연 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 폼은 입방 피트당 0.5 내지 3.0 파운드(8.099 내지 48.055 kg/㎥) 범위의 밀도로 충분히 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상체 절연 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 충분히 경화된 폼은 비 가요적인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상체 절연 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 형상체는 물가열기 저장 탱크이고 상기 폼은 물가열기 절연재인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상체 절연 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 폼은, 상기 사용중인 형상체에 의해서 공급된 열에 의해서 자연적으로 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형상체 절연 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 형상체는 항공기 또는 잠수함이고 상기 폼은 항공기 또는 잠수함 절연재인 것을 특징으로 하는 형상체 절연 방법.
