Claims (5)
- 연도가스가 열회수수단에 의해 80℃에서 100℃의 온도로 냉각되는 단계와, 연도가스의 농도를 감소시키기 위해서 그 연도가스가 건식 전기 집진기로 도입되는 단계와, 다음에 그 연도가스를 흡수제인 칼슘화합물을 함유하는 슬러리와 접촉시켜 이산화황의 농도와 연도가스의 먼지농도를 감소시키기 위해서, 그 연도가스가 습식 석회-석고법을 이용하는 탈황기의 흡수탑으로 도입되는 단계로 이루어져 있으며, 상기한 전기 집진기에서 나와서 상기 흡수탑으로 도입되는 연도가스의 농도가 100- 500mg/Nm3의 레벨로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보다 고농도의 먼지를 함유하는 먼지 슬러리는 상기한 흡수탑 내의 슬러리로부터 분리되어 회수되고, 액체-고체 분리처리를 실시함으로서, 고농도의 먼지를 함유하는 고체물질이 추출되어 상기한 탈황기 시스템의 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 흡수탑 내의 슬러리의 일부는 회수되어 물과 혼합되고, 슬러리 내에 존재하는 고체석고가 그 슬러리 액체에 용해될 수 있도록, 상기의 혼합물을 교반탱크에서 머물게 하여, 그 결과로 얻어진 슬러리에 고체-액체 분리처리를 실시함으로서, 고농도의 먼지를 함유하는 고체물질이 추출되어 상기한 탈황기 시스템의 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스 처리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 흡수탑 내의 슬러리의 일부가 회수될 때, 고농도의 먼지를 함유하는 먼지 슬러리가 분리되어 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스 처리방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 고체-액체 분리처리로부터 얻어진 액체의 적어도 일부가, 상기한 흡수탑 내의 슬러리에 되돌려 보내져 재이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연도가스 처리방법.
