Abstract
본 발명은 디지털 이동통신 시스템에 있어서, 서비스 제공중인 기지국과 제어국의 PLD를 변경하고, 추가되는 기지국만이 새로 생성하는 PLD를 로딩받도록 함으로써 시스템에 의한 가입자 서비스 제공에 전혀 영향을 주지않고 기지국을 추가 또는 삭제할 수 있도록 한 디지털 이동통신 시스템에서의 기지국 추가 및 삭제방법에 관한 것으로, BSM이 운영자로부터 추가 또는 삭제되는 기지국 정보를 입력받는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 입력받은 기지국 정보와 기존의 PLD를 토대로 한 정보를 제어국과 기지국으로 전송하여 제어국과 기지국이 자신의 PLD를 변경하는 제2단계와, 상기 제2단계 수행 후, BSM 자신의 PLD를 변경하는 제3단계와, 상기 제3단계 수행 후, 상기 제1단계에서 입력받은 기지국 정보와 기존의 제어국과 기지국의 PLD를 기본으로하여 추출한 정보를 토대로 추가되는 기지국의 PLD를 생성하는 제4단계와, 상기 제4단계에서 생성한 PLD와 기지국 동작을 위한 소프트웨어를 추가되는 기지국으로 로딩하는 제5단계로 이루어지며, 가입자들의 통신 서비스가 중단되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 기지국이 증설 또는 감설될 때마다 전체 PLD를 새로 만들어야 하는 번거로움을 제거함은 물론 제작된 PLD의 안전성 검증, 운영중 수정된 부분을 재수정하는데 드는 노력을 감소시키게 되는 효과가 있다.According to the present invention, in a digital mobile communication system, a base station is changed without affecting the subscriber service provision by the system by changing the PLDs of the base station and the control station which are providing the service, and allowing only the additional base station to load the newly generated PLD.
