Claims (14)
- 제어 입력측에서의 압력함수인 출력측 압력을 발생하는 펌프로부터 복수의 작동기로의 유체 흐름을 제어하기 위해 상기 하나의 작동기에 연결된 작동포트와 상기 펌프로부터 하나의 작동기로의 유체의 흐름을 조절하도록 변화할 수 있는 계량 오리피스를 구비한 스풀을 각각 갖추고 있는 일련의 밸브부를 포함하는 유압 시스템에 있어서,포핏, 및 보어내부에 미끄럼가능하게 위치된 밸브부재를 갖는 각각의 밸브부는 상기 포핏의 한 측부에 제 1 챔버를, 상기 밸브부재의 한 측부에 제 2 챔버를, 그리고 상기 포핏과 상기 밸브부재 사이에 중간 챔버를 형성하며, 상기 포핏과 밸브부재는 스프링에 의해 편향되어 있으며, 상기 제 1 챔버는 상기 계량 오리피스에 연결되고 상기 제 2 챔버는 펌프의 제어 입력측에 연결되며, 상기 중간 챔버는 유체가 상기 작동기로 흐르게 하는 상기 보어의 출력포트와 연통되며, 상기 보어는 상기 펌프의 출력측 압력에 따라 압력을 수용하는 입력포트를 가지며,상기 보어 내부의 포핏운동은 상기 제 1 챔버와 출력포트 사이의 유체의 흐름을 제어하며, 상기 보어 내부의 밸브부재의 운동은 펌프로부터 제 2 챔버로의 출력측 압력의 전달을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 펌프의 제어 입력측을 펌프용 유체 저장조에 연결하는 유출 오리피스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포핏과 밸브부재는 상기 보어에 대해 편향되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스풀과 밸브부재는 개방단부와 폐쇄단부를 구비한 관형부를 갖는데, 상기 밸브부재의 관형부는 스풀부재의 관형부와 마주보고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 포핏은 스풀 관형부의 폐쇄단부로부터 제 1 챔버로 외측으로 연장하는 스톱 샤프트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 포핏의 관형부는 상기 보어내에서의 포핏의 운동과 무관하게 상기 출구포트와 중간 공동 사이에 연속적인 통행을 제공하는 횡단구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프의 출구측 압력에 따른 압력이 상기 계량 오리피스의 작동에 의해 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 시스템.
- 제어 입력측을 갖고 제어 입력측에서의 압력에 응답하여 변화하는 출력측 압력을 발생하는 가변 유압펌프로부터 통로의 일부에 부하 압력을 발생시키는 부하력을 받고 있는 작동기까지의 통로내부를 흐르는 가압 유체의 흐름을 작동자가 제어할 수 있는 유압 밸브기구에 있어서,사이에 계량 오리피스를 제공하도록 병렬 배열된 제 1 및 제 2 밸브부재로서, 상기 밸브부재중 어느 하나는 계량 오리피스의 크기를 변화시켜 작동기로의 유체의 흐름을 제어하도록 작동자의 제어하에서 이동할수 있는 제 1 및 제 2 밸브부재, 및상기 계량 오리피스내의 거의 일정한 압력강하를 유지하기 위한 압력 보상기로서, 포핏, 및 보어내에 미끄럼가능하게 위치되어 상기 보어의 대향단부에 제 1 및 제 2 챔버를 형성하는 밸브부재를 가지며, 상기 포핏과 밸브부재는 중간공동내에 있는 스프링에 의해 편향되어 이격되어 있으며, 상기 제 1 챔버는 계량 오리피스와 연통되어 있고 상기 제 2 챔버는 상기 펌프의 제어 입력측에 연결되어 있으며, 상기 보어는 펌프로부터 출력측 압력을 수용하는 입구와 상기 작동기로 유체를 흘려보내는 출구를 갖는 압력보상기를 포함하며,제 1 및 중간 챔버 사이의 제 1 차등 압력과 상기 스프링에 의해 가해진 힘에 의해 보어내의 포핏의 위치를 결정하며, 상기 포핏의 위치에 의해 상기 제 1 챔버로부터 출구로 유체를 공급하는 가변 오리피스의 크기를 한정함으로써, 상기 중간 챔버내의 압력보다 큰 제 1 챔버내의 압력이 가변 오리피스의 크기를 확대하고 상기 제 1 챔버내의 압력보다 큰 중간 챔버내의 압력이 가변 오리피스의 크기를 감소시키며,제 2 챔버와 중간 챔버 사이의 제 2 차등압력과 상기 스프링에 의해 가해진 힘에 의해 보어내의 밸브부재의 위치를 결정하며, 상기 밸브부재의 위치에 의해 상기 입구와 제 2 챔버 사이의 압력전달을 제어함으로써, 상기 중간 챔버내의 압력보다 큰 제 2 챔버내의 압력이 제 2 통로와 제 2 챔버 사이의 압력전달을 감소시키도록 밸브부재를 압박하고 상기 제 1 챔버내의 압력보다 큰 중간 챔버내의 압력이 제 2 통로와 제 2 챔버 사이의 압력전달을 증가시키도록 상기 밸브부재를 압박하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 밸브기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 펌프의 제어 입력측을 상기 펌프용 유체 저장조에 연결하는 유출 오리피스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 밸브기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 포핏과 밸브부재는 상기 보어의 대향단부에 대해 편향되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 밸브기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 보어의 입구는 상기 계량 오리피스에 의해 실행된 대로 펌프로부터 출력측 압력을 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 밸브기구.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 포핏은 개방단부와 폐쇄단부를 구비한 관형부를 가지며, 상기 밸브부재는 폐쇄단부와 상기 포핏의 개방단부내에 미끄럼가능하게 수용된 개방단부를 구비한 관형부를 가지며, 상기 포핏 및 밸브부재의 관형부는 중간 공동을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 밸브기구.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 포핏은 포핏의 관형부의 폐쇄단부로부터 외측으로 연장하는 스톱 샤프트를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 밸브기구.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 포핏의 관형부는 상기 보어내의 포핏 위치에 무관하게 제 1 통로와 중간공동 사이의 연속적인 통행을 제공하는 횡단 구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 밸브기구.
