Claims (10)
- 폴리아크릴레이트 수지가 2차 OH기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하고,(1) 임의로 착색화된 베이스코팅을 기판 표면에 도포하는 단계,(2) 단계 (1)에서 도포된 베이스코팅 필름으로부터 중합체 필름을 형성하는 단계,(3) 하나 이상의 추가의 코팅 필름을 임의로 도포하는 단계,(4) A) 히드록시 관능성 폴리아크릴레이트 수지, B) 가교제로서 트리스(알콕시카르보닐아미노)트리아진 및 C) 트리스(알콕시카르보닐아미노)트리아진과는 상이한, 봉쇄된 이소시아네이트 및(또는) 아미노 수지와 같은 임의의 추가 가교제를 포함하는 비수성 탑코팅을 도포하는 단계 및(5) 코팅 필름을 함께 소성시키는 단계를 포함하는 다중코팅 페인트계의 제조 방법.
- 폴리아크릴레이트 수지가 2차 OH기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,(1) 기판 표면에 도포되고 임의로 착색화된 베이스코팅의 중합체 필름층 하나,(2) 상기에 도포된 임의의 하나 이상의 코팅 필름,(3) A) 히드록시 관능성 폴리아크리레이트 수지, B) 가교제로서 트리스(알콕시카르보닐아미노)트리아진 및 C) 트리스(알콕시카르보닐아미노)트리아진과는 상이한, 봉쇄된 이소시아네이트 및(또는) 아미노 수지와 같은 임의의 추가 가교제를 포함하는 비수성 탑코팅층 하나, 및(4) 함께 소성된 코팅 필름을 포함하는 다중코팅 페인트계.
- 폴리아크릴레이트 수지가 2차 OH기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,A) 히드록시 관능성 폴리아크리레이트 수지, B) 가교제로서 트리스(알콕시카르보닐아미노)트리아진 및 C) 트리스(알콕시카르보닐아미노)트리아진과는 상이한, 봉쇄된 이소시아네이트 및(또는) 아미노 수지와 같은 임의의 추가 가교제를 포함하는 비수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탑코팅이 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 다중코팅 페인트계의 제조 방법, 다중코팅 페인트계 또는 비수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴레이트 수지가 히드록시가는 40 내지 200, 바람직하게는 60 내지 210이고, 산가는 0 내지 35, 바람직하게는 0 내지 23이고, 유리 전이 온도는 -35℃ 내지 +70℃, 바람직하게는 -20 내지 +40℃이고, 수평균 분자량은 1500 내지 30,000, 바람직하게는 2000 내지 15,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중코팅 페인트계의 제조 방법, 다중코팅 페인트계 또는 비수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴레이트 수지가 히드록시가는 100 내지 200이고, 산가는 3.9 내지 15.5이고, 유리 전이 온도는 -20℃ 내지 +15℃이고, 수평균 분자량은 2500 내지 5000인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중코팅 페인트계의 제조 방법, 다중코팅 페인트계 또는 비수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (A)가(a) 알킬 또는 시클로알킬기의 탄소 원자수가 1 내지 18, 바람직하게는 4 내지 13인 알킬 또는 시클로알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 또는 시클로알킬메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들 단량체의 혼합물 10 내지 92 중량%, 바람직하게는 20 내지 70 중량%,(b) 탄소 원자수 2 내지 4의 히드록시알킬기를 갖는 히드록시 관능성 아크릴레이트 또는 히드록시 관능성 메타크릴레이트의 혼합물 8 내지 60 중량%, 바람직하게는 12.5 내지 51 중량% (여기서, 히드록시 관능성 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트의 총량은 1차 OH기를 갖는 히드록시 관능성 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 10 내지 90 중량%, 바람직하게는 20 내지 80 중량%, 및 2차 OH기를 갖는 히드록시 관능성 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 90 내지 10 중량%, 바람직하게는 20 내지 80 중량%를 합한 것임),(c) 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산, 또는 이들 단량체의 혼합물 0 내지 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 0 내지 3 중량% 및(d) (a), (b) 및 (c)와 상이하나 공중합성인 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체, 또는 이들 단량체의 혼합물 0 내지 50 중량%, 바람직하게는 0 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중코팅 페인트계의 제조 방법, 다중코팅 페인트계 또는 비수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (A)가(a) 알킬 또는 시클로알킬기의 탄소 원자수가 1 내지 18, 바람직하게는 4 내지 13인 알킬 또는 시클로알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 또는 시클로알킬 메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들 단량체의 혼합물 20 내지 60 중량%,(b) 탄소 원자수 2 내지 4의 히드록시알킬기를 갖는 히드록시 관능성 아크릴레이트 또는 히드록시 관능성 메타크릴레이트 혼합물 20 내지 41 중량% (여기서, 히드록시 관능성 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트의 총량은 1차 OH기를 갖는 히드록시 관능성 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 25 내지 50 중량% 및 2차 OH기를 갖는 히드록시 관능성 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 75 내지 50 중량%를 합한 것임),(c) 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산, 또는 이들 단량체의 혼합물 0.5 내지 2 중량% 및(d) (a), (b) 및 (c)와 상이하나 공중합성인 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체, 또는 이들 단량체의 혼합물 0 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중코팅 페인트계의 제조 방법, 다중코팅 페인트계 또는 비수성 코팅 물질.
- 투명한 탑코팅을 제조하기 위한 제3항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항의 비수성 코팅 물질의 용도.
