Claims (12)
- 굴절율값이 n인 다각형의 코어와, 상기 코어를 둘러싸며 굴절율값이 코어의 굴절율값보다 작은 n'의 굴절율값을 갖는 이너 클래드로 구성되는 광섬유에 있어서, 상기 코어는 광섬유의 중심부분에 해당하며 굴절율이 균일하거나 또는 반경에 따라 증가하는 굴절율값을 갖는 제1코어와, 상기 제1코어를 둘러싸며 반경에 따라 감소되는 굴절율값을 갖는 제2코어로 이루어지고, 상기 이너클래드는 제2코어를 둘러싸며 중심으로부터 균일한 굴절율값을 갖는 제1이너클래드와, 상기 제1이너클래드를 둘러싸며 제1이너클래드보다 작으면서 균일한 굴절율값을 갖는 제2이너클래드로 이루어지며, 상기 제2이너클래드를 둘러싸며 제2이너클래드의 굴절율값보다 작은 굴절율값을 갖는 실리카 클래드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2코어가 반경에 따라 굴절율이 선형적으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1코어의 굴절률이 균일한 경우 제1이너 클래드의 반경(a3)을 제2이너 클래드의 반경(a4)으로 나눈 값이 0.5∼0.8의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1코어의 굴절율이 균일한 경우 제1코어, 제2코어, 제1이너 클래드 및 제2이너 클래드의 반경(a1,a2,a3,a4)인 a1은 1.0±0.15㎛이고, a2는 2.3±0.15㎛이고, a3은 6.5±1.5㎛이고, a4는 9.0±1.0㎛이며, 굴절율차(del1,del2,del3)인 del1은 0.73±0.03%이고, del2는 0.11±0.03%이고, del3은 0.07±0.03%인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제1코어의 굴절률이 균일한 경우 굴절율차인 del2로부터 굴절율차인 del3를 빼면 0.04%∼0.06%의 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이너 클래드가 3개 이상으로 이루어지고, 계단형의 굴절율 분포를 가지며, 광섬유의 중심으로부터 가까운 이너 클래드의 굴절율이 먼 것보다 항상 큰 굴절율값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 하나의 영역으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 세 개 이상의 영역으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유의 중심부분에 해당하며 굴절율이 균일하거나 또는 반경에 따라 증가하는 굴절율값을 갖는 제1코어와, 상기 제1코어를 둘러싸며 중심으로부터 점점 감소되는 굴절율값을 갖는 제2코어로 이루어지는 코어; 제2코어를 둘러싸며 중심으로부터 균일한 굴절율값을 갖는 제1이너클래드와, 상기 제1이너클래드를 둘러싸며 제1이너클래드보다 작으면서 균일한 굴절율값을 갖는 제2이너클래드로 이루어지는 이너 클래드로 이루어지는 광섬유는 1550 파장 대에서 3.0∼3.5㎰/(nm-km)의 분산값을 갖고 60㎛2이상의 실효 단면적을 가지면서 32mmΦ구부림 손실은 0.0015∼0.0062 dB인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1코어의 반경에 따라 굴절율이 점점 증가하는 경우 제1코어, 제2코어, 제1이너 클래드 및 제2이너 클래드의 반경(a1,a2,a3,a4)인 a1은 0.85±0.15㎛이고, a2는 2.7±0.15㎛이고, a3은 7.0±1.5㎛이고, a4는 9.0±1.0㎛이며, 굴절율차(del1,del2,del3)인 del0은 0.70±0.03%이고, del1는 0.75±0.03%이고, del2은 0.10±0.02%이고, del3은 0.06±0.03%인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유의 중심부분에 해당하며 굴절률이 균일한 굴절률값을 갖는 제1코어와, 상기 제1코어를 둘러싸며 반경에 따라 감소하는 굴절률값을 갖는 제2코어로 이루어지는 코어; 제2코어를 둘러싸며 반경에 따라 균일한 굴절률값을 갖는 제1이너 클래드와, 상기 제1이너 클래드를 둘러싸며 제1이너 클래드보다 작으면서 균일한 굴절률값을 갖는 제2이너 클래드로 이루어지는 이너 클래드; 로 이루어지는 광섬유는 1550 nm 파장 대에서 2.0∼6.0 ㎰/(nm-km)의 분산값을 갖고 분산 기울기가 0.06 ㎰/(nm2-km) 이며 50 ㎛2이상의 실효 단면적을 가지면서 32mmΦ구부림 손실은 1550,1620 nm 파장에서 0.01 dB이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 제1코어, 제2코어, 제1이너 클래드 및 제2이너 클래드의 반경(a1,a2,a3,a4)인 a1은 1.0±0.15㎛이고, a2는 2.5±0.15㎛이고, a3은 3.5±1.5㎛이고, a4는 6.0±1.0㎛이며, 굴절률차(del1,del2,del3)인 del1는 0.75±0.03%이고, del2은 0.15±0.02%이고, del3은 0.10±0.03%인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중 클래드의 분산이동 광섬유.
