- 복수개의 필라멘트를 구비하는 멀티 필라멘트를 실 공급부로부터 실 감김부까지의 공급 제어하에서 일정량만큼 과도 공급하는 단계,이동중인 멀티 필라멘트에 가로로 기류를 가하여 상기 멀티 필라멘트를 기류의 하향측으로 아치형으로 굴곡되게 하여, 필라멘트를 가로로 분리하며 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트로 변형시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멀티 필라멘트를 통과하는 기류는 흡인 기류인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이동중인 멀티 필라멘트를 향해 개방된 소정 넓이의 흡인 구멍이 실 공급부와 실 감김부 사이의 멀티 필라멘트의 공급 경로상에 배열되며, 상기 멀티 필라멘트를 통과하는 기류는 상기 구멍의 흡인 기류에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실 공급부로부터 실 감김부에 공급된 멀티 필라멘트가 가로로 예비 신장된 후, 멀티 필라멘트의 예비 신장된 표면에 흡인 기류가 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실 공급부로부터 상기 실 감김부에 공급된 멀티 필라멘트에 흡인 기류가 반복적으로 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조방법.
- 복수개의 필라멘트를 구비하는 멀티 필라멘트를 실 공급부로부터 실 감김부까지의 공급 제어하에서 일정량 만큼 과도 공급하는 단계,이동중인 멀티 필라멘트에 교차방향으로 기류를 가하는 멀티 필라멘트 펼침 동작에 의해 제조된 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트를 복수 단계로 결합하거나 상기 시트를 서로 평행하게 배치하는 단계, 및복수개의 단계로 결합되거나 서로 평행하게 배치되는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 상에서 상기 펼침 동작을 실행하여 복합 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트를 제조하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 공급 제어하에서 일정량만큼 과도 공급된 복합 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트는 또한 복수 단계로 결합되거나 서로 병렬로 배치되며, 상기 펼침 동작은 복수 단계로 결합되거나 서로 병렬로 배치되는 복합 멀티 필라멘트 시트 상에서 반복적으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조방법.
- 공급 제어하에서 일정량 만큼 과도 공급되며 실 공급부와 실 감김부 사이의 공급 경로를 향해 상기 개구가 개방되는 방식으로 배열되는 일정한 넓이의 흡인 구멍 상에서 이동하는 멀티 필라멘트에 흡인 기류가 연속적으로 가해져서 아치형으로 굴곡되며 가로로 펴지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 흡인 구멍에 대해 앞부분 및 뒷부분에 위치하는 공급 경로 상에서 멀티 필라멘트의 과도 공급은 굴곡 센서에 의해 출력되는 제어신호에 의해 제어되어, 흡인 구멍상을 이동하는 멀티 필라멘트의 굴곡량을 검출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 실 공급부 주위를 감고있는 멀티 필라멘트를 배출시키며 배출된 멀티 필라멘트를 실 감김부로 공급하도록 실 공급부를 지지하는 실 공급대는 배출되기 직전의 실 공급부에서의 멀티 필라멘트의 감김 방향이 멀티 필라멘트의 공급 경로를 정렬시키는 방식으로 멀티 필라멘트의 공급 경로에 대하여 회전가능하게 배열되며, 실 공급부는 실 공급대상에 배열되어 축 방향으로 전진 및 후진할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 예비 신장 기구가 멀티 필라멘트의 공급 경로상에 배열되어 상기 신장 기구를 통과하는 멀티 필라멘트를 예비 신장시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조장치.
- 복수개의 필라멘트를 구비하는 멀티 필라멘트의 공급 경로에 대하여 배출되기 직전의 실 공급부에서의 멀티 필라멘트의 감김 방향이 배출된 멀티 필라멘트의 공급 경로를 정렬하는 방식으로 실 공급부와 실 감김부 사이에서 회전 가능하게 배치되는 실 공급부를 지지하는 실 공급대로서, 상기 실 공급부는 상기 실 공급대 상에 배열되어 축 방향으로 전진 및 후진할 수 있는 실 공급대,실 공급대로부터 공급된 멀티 필라멘트를 예비 신장시키는 예비 신장 기구,상기 신장 기구에 의해 예비 신장된 멀티 필라멘트를 제어하여 상기 멀티 필라멘트가 일정량만큼 과도 공급되는 공급 제어 기구,상기 멀티 필라멘트에 흡인 기류가 연속적으로 가해져서 멀티 필라멘트가 필라멘트로 가로로 펼쳐지며 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트로 변형되는 방식으로 상기 공급 제어 기구 하에서 일정량만큼 과도 공급된 멀티 필라멘트를 아치형으로 굴곡시켜 멀티 필라멘트 펼침 동작을 실행하는 흡인 구멍, 및상기 흡인 구멍에 의해 상기 기류 확산 동작이 실행되는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트를 감는 실 감김부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트 제조장치.
- 소정 형태의 멀티 필라멘트로 만들어진 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트가 서로 가로로 결합되며, 서로 평행하게 순서대로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합된 형태의 넓은 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트.
- 소정 형태의 멀티 필라멘트로 만들어진 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트가 서로 겹쳐지며, 서로 평행하게 순서대로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합된 형태의 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트.
- 소정 형태의 멀티 필라멘트로 만들어진 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트의 가장자리 측부가 가로로 서로 결합되며, 상기 스프레드 시트가 순서대로 다층화된 상태로 겹쳐지며, 상기 필라멘트는 서로 평행하게 순서대로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합된 형태의 멀티 필라멘트 스프레드 시트.
