Claims (8)
- 양극 활물질 및 코발트계 도전제를 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물을 양극 기판에 도포 또는 충진하여 양극을 제조하는 공정과;상기 제조된 양극을 알칼리 용액으로 처리하는 공정을;포함하는 니켈 계열 전지의 양극 도전 네트웍 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 용액은 20 내지 35중량% 농도인 니켈 계열 전지의 양극 도전 네트웍 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 용액은 포타슘하이드록사이드, 소디움하이드록사이드 및 리튬하이드록사이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나를 포함하는 용액인 니켈 계열 전지의 양극 도전 네트웍 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 용액 처리 공정의 처리시간은 1 내지 24시간인 니켈 계열 전지의 양극 도전 네트웍 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 용액 처리 공정의 처리 온도는 60 내지 100℃인 니켈 계열 전지의 양극 도전 네트웍 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 용액 처리 공정의 습도는 상대습도 60% 내지 90%인 니켈 계열 전지의 양극 도전 네트웍 형성 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항의 어느 하나의 방법을 사용하여 제조한 니켈 계열 전지.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 니켈-메탈하이드라이드 전지 또는 니켈-카드뮴 전지인 니켈 계열 전지.
