Description
Claims (17)
- 금속성분을 포함하고 있는 용융 글래스 또는 용융 슬래그(9)로 부터 금속을 감소시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,가연성 환원제(13)를 용융표면(15) 하측의 용융 글래스 또는 용융 슬래그(9)속으로 직접 분사하여 금속성분을 감소시키도록 함과 아울러 상기 환원제(13)를 상기 용융 글래스 또는 용융 슬래그(9) 외측에서 연소시켜 상기 용융 글래스 또는 용융 슬래그(9)를 가열하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 환원제(13)는 산소를 미량 포함하고 있거나 산소가 전무한 개스형태로 송입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 환원제(13)로는 개스, 액체 또는 고체 상태의 화석연료가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 환원제(13)는 불활성 운반개스에 의해 석탄가루와 같은 고체형태로 송입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환원제(13)는 용융조 전체에 걸쳐 균일하게 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환원제(13)는 용융 글래스 또는 용융 슬래그(9)에서 교반 및/또는 회전이 이루어지도록 분사 그리고/또는 교반 및/또는 회전이 이루어질 수 있는 속도로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소 및/또는 공기는 용융 글래스 또는 용융 슬래그(9) 상측 특히 용융표면(15) 상측에 균일하게 분포할 수 있도록 공급하여 용융표면(15) 위로 떠오르는 과잉 환원제와 용융표면(15) 상측의 반응생성물인 일산화탄소를 연소시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 과잉의 가연성 환원제(13)가 용융 글래스 또는 용융 슬래그(9) 내측에 공급되고, 공급되는 열에너지가 환원제의 투입량과 연소에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소 및/또는 공기는 화학량론적 양 또는 서브스토이키오메트릭양으로 용융표면(15)위로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환원제(13)의 공급은 금속 특히 용융금속의 배출시 중단 또는 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용융 글래스 또는 용융 슬래그(9)는 쓰레기 소각장치로부터 배출되는 고형 쓰레기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 용융 글래스 또는 용융 슬래그(9)는 재생용 유리를 일부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 가열실(2)과 상기 가열실(2) 내측으로 개구되어 가연성 환원제(13)를 공급하는 공급요소(5)를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 공급요소(5)는 가열실(2)의 작동중에 처리중인 용융 글래스(9) 내측으로 잠겨지도록 배치됨과 더불어 특히 내화성 세라믹 또는 흑연재로 랜스형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 내지 제 2항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법을 수행하는 장치.
- 상기 랜스를 재위치시키기 위한 포스트가이드장치(16)는 가열실(2)이 동작중에 소모되는 상기 랜스를 상기 용융 글래스(9)를 향해 하방향으로 자동 안내하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열실(2)은 상부로(3)와 트로프(4) 그리고 특히 그 배출구가 상기 상부로(3) 내측으로 개구됨과 아울러 일정하게 배열되어 산소 또는 공기를 공급하도록 설치되어 있는 복수의 공급요소(6)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 상부로(3) 및 트로프(4)는 동일한 내화성 라이닝을 구비하고 잇는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 13항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 장치를 포함하여 이루어진 쓰레기 소각 장치 또는 폐기물재생장치.
