Claims (7)
- 중량비로 MgO가 80~95%, 인상흑연[C] 5~20%, 금속산화방지제 2~8%, 결합제 2~5%로 조성되며 분쇄, 분급, 저장, 평량, 혼련, 성형, 건조, 검사과정을 거쳐 제조되며 특히 성형후 건조온도가 400℃ 이하로 건조시켜 제조되는 인상흑연[C] 함유 불소성연와 제조방법에 있어서, 건조 공정과 검사 공정 사이에 중량비로 SiO260% 이하, Na2O 15% 이하, B2O310% 이하, ZnO 10% 이하, CaO 7% 이하, Al2O37% 이하 조성물이 함유된 유리를 900℃~1300℃로 승온시켜 용융시키는 과정과 용융된 유리에 인산흑연[C] 함유 불소성 연와를 침적시켜 코팅시키는 과정을 특징으로 하는 배면산화 방지용 코팅연와 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 대용으로 700℃~1300℃ 범위에서 용웅되는 물질을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배면산화 방지용 코팅연와 제조법.
- 인상흑연[C] 함유 불소성 연와를 중량비로 SiO260% 이하, Na2O 15% 이하, B2O310% 이하, ZnO 10% 이하, CaO 7% 이하, Al2O37% 이하 조성물이 함유된 유리를 900℃~1300℃로 승온시켜 용융된 용융액에 침적시켜 연와의 일부를 용융액으로 코팅시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 배면산화 방지용 코팅연와.
- 제3항에 있어서 연와의 코팅되는 길이는 연와길이의 일측방으로 전체길이의 1/5인 것을 특징으로 하는 배면산화 방지용 코팅연와.
- 제3항에 있어서 연와의 코팅층 두께는 연와두께 방향 1.5mm 이하 연와길이 방향 3mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 배면산화 방지용 코팅연와.
- 제3항에 있어서 유리 대용물로 700℃~1300℃ 범위에서 용융되는 물질을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배면산화 방지용 코팅연와 제조법.
- 코팅연와를 축조시 코팅된 부분이 서로 접촉되는 부위는 몰타르를 사용하여 시공하지 않고 축조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배면산화 방지용 코팅연와 사용법.
