Claims (5)
- 엔진의 흉기 매니폴드와 연료탱크내의 휘발성 연료에 의해서 발생된 중기를 수집하는 연료증기수집 캐니스터 사이에 배치된 전기작동식 캐니스터 퍼지밸브는 상기 캐니스터 퍼지밸브가 퍼지유동을 허용하는 범위로 설정되는 퍼지제어신호에 따라 상기 흡기매니폴드로의 상기 캐니스터의 퍼지를 제어하는 내연기관연료 시스템용 증기수집 시스템에 있어서,상기 캐니스터 퍼지밸브는 캐니스터 퍼지밸브가 상기 캐니스터로부터 상기 매니폴드로의 유동을 제한하는 범위를 형성하기 위하여 솔레노이드에 의해서 밸브시트에 대해 축방향으로 위치되는 밸브요소와 선형 솔레노이드, 평균전류유동의 작동범위에 걸쳐 있는 상기 코일내의 평균전류 흐름에 선형적으로 관련된 상기 밸브를 점진적으로 개방하는 방향으로 작용하는 자기력의 구성요소를 제공하는 상기 솔레노이드, 상기 밸브요소를 상기 밸브시트를 향하여 가압하도록 작용하는 스프링력을 발휘하는 가압스프링, 및 PWM 전류를 상기 선형 솔레노이드에 전달하는 제어수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관연료 시스템용 증기수집 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보정수단은 상기 솔레노이드의 코일의 저항에서의 온도유도변화에도 불구하고 소요전류를 유지하도록 상기 PWM 전류를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관연료 시스템용 증기수집 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 PWM 전류는 상기 밸브요소에 대한 바람직한 위치를 설립하는 DC 구성요소와 약간의 흔들림을 이러한 위치에서 밸브요소로 전달하는 상기 변동구성요소를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관연료 시스템용 증기수집 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드와 밸브요소는 약간의 히스테리시스를 가지고 있으며 상기 제어수단은 목표위치가 동일한 방향으로부터 통상 접근되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관연료 시스템용 증기수집 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보정수단은 상기 솔레노이드의 코일에 적용된 전압크기의 변화에도 불구하고 소요전류를 유지하도록 상기 PWM 전류를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관연료 시스템용 증기수집 시스템.
