Description
Claims (20)
- 감쇠액을 수용하는 실린더, 이 안에서 밀봉하면서 침지하는, 축방향으로 변위될 수 있도록 배열되는 피스톤 로드, 상기 피스톤 로드에 고정되며 상기 실린더를 두 개의 작동실로 분할하는 감쇠 피스톤을 가지는 차량용 조절 가능한 쇽 업소버 및 축방향으로 변위되는 밸브보디를 통하여 주단계의 감쇠채널의 효과적인 횡단면을 제어하는, 밸브시트가 구비되는 감쇠밸브에 있어서,예비 조종부에 의해서 상기 밸브보디(10)의 한 방향에 압력이 가해지고, 상기 밸브보디(10)의 위치설정을 위해서 축방향으로 움직이는 밸브부재(3)가 상기 방향에 위치하고, 상기 밸브부재는 작동실(8)로부터 입력 리액터(31)를 가지는 흐름 연결부를 통해서 상기 밸브보디(10)의 뒷면에 압력을 가하고, 상기 밸브보디(10)는 다른 방향에서 직접 조종되며, 이때 상기 밸브보디(10)는 상응하는 작동실의 감쇠액 압력에 의해 압력이 가해지는 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비 조종부는 인장단계에서 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브보디(10)는 압축단계에서 직접 조종되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제2항에 있어서, 인장단계에서 상기 밸브보디(10)의 위치설정을 하기 위해서 상기 밸브보디(10)에 상대적으로 축방향으로 움직이는 밸브부재(3)가 상기 밸브보디(10)의 뒷면에 배열되어 있으며, 상기 밸브부재는 작동실(8)로부터 입력 리액터(31)를 가지는 흐름 연결부를 통해서 압력이 가해질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밸브부재(3)에 부속되는 액츄에이터 챔버(37)는 채널(26)에 의해서 작동실(7)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제3항에 있어서, 인장방향에서 고리면(29)에 의해서 상기 밸브보디(10)의 한 방향에 압력이 가해지며, 이와 대치되는 방향에는 다른 고리면(30) 및 면(24)에 의해서 압력이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밸브보디(10) 및 상기 밸브부재(3)에는 다른 밸브(41)가 연속될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(41)는 밸브보디(10a)를 위한 밸브시트(13)를 가지며, 상기 밸브시트(13)에 대치되는 면에 밸브보디(10b)의 밸브시트(12)와 상호 작용하는 원추형부(44)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 원추형부(44)는 상기 밸브시트(12)에 대치되는 전면에 상기 밸브보디(10b)와 상호 작용하는 컨트롤 에지(42)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(41)상의 상기 원추형부(44)는 압력이 가해지는 면들의 차이를 야기하므로 컨트롤 에지(42) 및 밸브시트(12)의 다른 직경은 인장 및 압축단계에서 다른 가압력면들을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가밸브(34)가 상기 밸브보디(10)의 한 방향에 병렬 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 추가밸브(34)에 일정한 스로틀 횡단면(36)이 부속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 추가밸브(34) 및 상기 스로틀 횡단면(36)은 밸브보디(10)내에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브보디(10)는 축방향으로 움직이도록 액츄에이터 챔버(37)내에 수용되어 있으며, 이때 상기 액츄에이터 챔버(37)의 상부(37b)는 흐름 연결부(38)에 의해서 상기 작동실들 중 하나(7 또는 8)와 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터 챔버(37)의 하부(37a) 및 상부(37b) 사이에 스로틀(50)이 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 흐름 연결부(38)는 스로틀로서 횡단면 축소부(39)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제3항에 있어서, 축방향으로 움직이는 밸브부재(3)는 구동부재(2)에 의해서 압력이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 밸브부재(3)와 상기 구동부재(2)의 사이에 탄성부품(45)이 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제15항에 있어서, 카르단식 움직임을 위해서 상기 밸브부재(3)에는 부품(46)이 삽입되어 있으며, 상기 부품의 지지면(47)은 상기 밸브부재(3)의 베어링면(48)의 맞은편에서의 유동성을 허용하는 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브보디(10)에서 직접 조종되는 방향에 추가 밸브(49)가 직렬 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버.
