Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 모스트립의 최소한 한 측면에 다른 물성을 가지는 재료를 붙이는 금속결합재료의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 모스트립은 이와 동일한 재료성분을 나타내는 용융체 안으로 유도되고, 아래에서 위로 셋 내지 여섯 겹의 용융체가 모스트립 위에서 결정화되어 캐리어 섹션을 형성하는 단계와,결합 섹션은 상기 용융조의 표면과의 소정의 간격을 두고 상기 용융조로부터 유출된 후 상기 캐리어 섹션에 공급되어, 상기 결합 섹션이 상기 캐리어 섹션의 표면과 접합하는 단계,를 특징으로 하는 금속결합재료의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 결합 섹션이 외부의 에너지로 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 결합 섹션은 일정한 간격을 두고 용융조의 표면 위로 유도되어, 상기 결합 섹션 중 상기 용융조를 대향하는 면이 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 섹션과 상기 결합 섹션의 최소한 나중에 서로 결합하는 표면이 보호기체로 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 상기한 청구항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합 섹션이 상기 캐리어 섹션 위로 압연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 모스트립이 0.5 내지 1.5 % 더 높은 온도를 나타내는 동일한 성분의 용융체를 거쳐 통과하는 탄소강, 예를 들어 ST14인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 결합 섹션이 상기 용융조를 형성하는 금속보다 용융점이 3 내지 4% 낮은 페라이트 또는 오스테나이트 또는 니켈을 함유한 강인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 바닥에 개구부를 나타내는 야금(冶金) 탱크를 포함하고, 상기 개구부를 통해 모스트립은 상기 탱크 안을 채운 금속 용융체 안으로 유도되며, 상기 용융체로부터 유출될 때도 상기 스트립을 이송하기 위한 롤러를 포함하는, 금속결합재료를 제조하고, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7에 의한 제조방법을 실행하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 결합 섹션(43)이 방향전환롤러(22)에 의해 상기 용융체(S)로부터 유출된 후 캐리어 섹션(42) 위로 압연될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 가열로(31)와 상기 방향전환롤러(22)는 높이가 동일하며, 상기 용융체를 바라보는 면을 가열하기 위해 용융체 수위로부터 충분한 간격을 두고 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구항 9 또는 청구항 8에 있어서, 캐리어 섹션(42)으로 박판금 또는 파이프를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구항 8내지 청구항 10 중 한 항에 있어서, 불활성 기체를 도관(52)을 거쳐 용융체의 표면과 상기 결합 섹션(43)의 아랫면 사이의 공간으로 유입시키는 기체공급부(51)가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
