Claims (12)
- 양극활성물질로서 조직내에 리튬이온이 도입가능한 전이금속화합물을 함유하는 양극과, 음극활성물질로서 조직내에 리튬이온이 도입가능한 탄소성 입자들을 함유하는 음극과, 리튬이온에 대한 도전성을 갖는 비수성 전해질과, 그리고 상기 전극들 및 상기 비수성의 리튬이온-함유 전해질사이에 분포되는 리튬이온의 총량을 포함하며, 밧데리의 단위그램중량당 밀리암페어-시간의 단위로 측정된 용량(mAh/gt)과, 캐소드 비 가역용량(mAh/gc) 및 애노드 비 가역용량(mAh/ga)을 갖는 충전형 리튬밧데리에 있어서, 상기 음극내의 음극활성물질의 중량(Wa)과 상기 양극내의 양극활성물질의 중량(Wc)은 캐소드 비 가역용량과 상기 충전형 리튬밧데리내에 함유된 양극활성물질의 중량의 곱에 대한 애노드 비 가역용량과 상기 충전형 리튬밧데리내에 함유된 음극활성물질의 중량의 곱의 비가 0.85 내지 1.15의 값을 갖게, 즉, mAh/gax Wa: mAh/gcx Wc= 0.85 -1.15을 만족하게 조정되어, 320 watt.hour/liter 이상의 에너지밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 충전형 리튬밧데리는 130 watt.hour/kg이상의 에너지밀도를 갖는 평면형 밧데리인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 충전형 리튬밧데리내의 상기 리튬이온총량의 일부가 상기 양극, 상기 음극 그리고 상기 충전형 리튬밧데리에 포함된 리튬이온-도전성의 상기 비수성 전해질의 조립후, 그러나 상기 충전형 리튬밧데리의 패킹 및 밀봉전에 리튬이온이 개재가능한 상기 탄소성입자들내에 도입된 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬이온총량의 상기 일부는 원소형태의 리튬, 리튬합금 및 리튬-함유 화합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 물질을 포함하는 제 3 전극을 이용하는 전해수단에 의해 상기 탄소성 입자에 도입된 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조직내에 리튬이온이 도입가능한 상기 전이금속화합물은 전이금속 칼코겐화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 조직내에 리튬이온이 도입가능한 상기 전이금속칼코겐화물은 산화망간, 산화코발트, 산화니켈, 산화바나듐, 산화크롬, 산화구리, 산화텅스텐, 그의 합금산화물, 황화티타늄, 그리고 황화철로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 리튬이온에 대해 도전성을 갖는 상기 비수성 전해질은 리튬이온-함유 고상 중합체 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 리튬이온에 대해 도전성을 갖는 상기 비수성 전해질은 리튬-함유 유기 액체로 함침되어 있는 미소다공성 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 리튬이온이 개재가능한 탄소성 입자는 석유코오크, 유리탄소입자, 흑연입자 그리고 60μ미만의 입경을 갖는 탄소입자로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조직내에 리튬이온이 도입가능한 상기 전이금속화합물은 123±5 mAh/g 범위의 음극 비 가역용량을 갖는 산화코발트인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조직내에 리튬이온이 도입가능한 상기 전이금속화합물은 142±5 mAh/g 범위의 음극 비 가역용량을 갖는 산화망간인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조직내에 리튬이온이 도입가능한 상기 전이금속화합물은 147±5 mAh/g 범위의 음극 비 가역용량을 갖는 산화니켈인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전형 리튬밧데리.
