Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 개방 말단 및 개방 격자 측벽 구조물을 갖는 관상 금속 본체(10); 및 측벽 구조물 표면상에 있고 장기간에 걸쳐 전달하기 위해 생물학적 활성 물질 일정량을 혼입시킨 소수성 엘라스토머 물질을 포함하는 층을 포함하는체내 이식용 스텐트(stent).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 관상 본체(10)가, 삽입을 위해 축방향으로 변형가능하나 이완시에 예정된 직경과 길이를 회복하는 미세한 금속 와이어의 개방된 교차 필라멘트(12, 13, 14, 15)로 형성되는 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 금속이 스테인레스 강, 니티놀을 비롯한 티탄 합금, 탄탈 및 코발트-크롬 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 층을 비경화된 중합체 물질과 미분된 생물학적 활성 물질의 용매 혼합물로서 피복시킨 후에 승온에서 경화시키는 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 생체내 안정성(biostable) 엘라스토머 물질이 실리콘, 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머, EPDM 고무 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엘라스토머 물질이 폴리실록산이고, 상기 생물학적 활성 물질이 헤파린과 덱사메타손으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성 물질이 10마이크론의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 헤파린인 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 헤파린의 양이 상기 층의 전체 중량의 약 10 내지 약 45%인 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 층의 두께가 약 30 내지 약 150㎛인 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성 물질이 비경화된 중합체 물질의 상기 용매 혼합물에 적어도 부분적으로 용해되는 장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성 물질이 덱사메타손이고, 상기 층의 전체 중량의 약 0.4 내지 약 45%를 구성하는 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 피복이 개방된 교차 형태를 유지하는 방식으로 미세한 금속 와이어 필라멘트(12, 13, 14, 15)에 부착되는 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 피복이 개방된 교차 형태를 유지하는 방식으로 미세한 금속 와이어 필라멘트(12, 13, 14, 15)에 부착되는 장치.
- 이식시에 스텐트로부터 생물학적 활성 물질을 조절시키면서 전달하는 방식으로, 미분된 생물학적 활성 물질 일정량이 분산된 상태로 함유되어 있는, 실리콘, 폴리우레탄, 열가소성 엘라스토머, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 및 EPDM 고무로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 생체내 안정성, 소수성 및 생물학적 불활성 엘라스토머 물질의 박층으로 피복된 비교적 미세한 금속 와이어의 가용성 및 탄성의 개방 교차된 관상 본체(10)를 포함하며; 이 때상기 피복이 개방 교차된 구조를 유지하는 방식으로 교차 구조의 각 필라멘트(12, 13, 14, 15)에 부착되는,관심있는 신체 관상 부위에 이식시키기 위한 관상 스텐트.
- 개방 말단 및 개방 격자 측벽 구조물을 갖는 관상 금속 본체(10); 및 측벽 구조물의 표면상에 있고 생물학적 활성 물질을 함유하는 소수성 엘라스토머 물질을 포함하며 신체에 상기 생물학적 활성 물질을 장기간에 걸쳐 전달시키기에 적절한 층을 포함하는체내 이식용 스텐트.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 소수성 엘라스토머 물질이 실리콘, 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머, EPDM 고무 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 엘라스토머 물질이 폴리실록산이고, 상기 생물학적 활성 물질이 헤파린과 덱사메타손으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성 물질이 10마이크론의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 헤파린인 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 생물학적 활성 물질이 덱사메타손이고, 상기 피복의 약 0.5 내지 약 10%를 구성하는 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 관상 본체(10)가 미세한 금속 와이어의 개방된 교차 필라멘트(12, 13, 14, 15)로 형성되고, 상기 피복이 상기 개방된 교차 형태를 유지하는 방식으로 미세한 금속 와이어의 필라멘트(12, 13, 14, 15)에 부착되는 장치.
