Description
Claims (15)
- 유리기판(1)의 표면에 실리카화합물로 이루어진 표면거칠기를 갖는 내구성 실리카층(2)이 형성되어 있고 그 위에 통상의 발수제로 이루어진 발수층(3)이 코팅되어 있는 내구성 발수유리에 있어서, 상기 실리카층(2)내에 다수의 미세 실리카 결정입자(4)가 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 내구성 발수유리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카층(2)은 그 두께가 600 ~ 1500Å임을 특징으로 하 내구성 발수유리.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카층(2)은 테트라에톡시실란 용액을 염기성 조건하에서 1차 숙성한 후 이어서 산성 조건하에서 2차 숙성한 실리카 용액이 코팅, 열경화된 것임을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카층(2)은 테트라에톡시실란 용액을 산성 조건하에서 1차 숙성한 후 이어서 염기성 조건하에서 2차 숙성한 실리카 용액이 코팅, 열경화된 것임을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카층(2)은 구형의 콜로이드 실리카 용액과 선형의 폴리실록산 용액을 혼합한 실리카 용액이 코팅, 열경화된 것임을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 결정입자(4)는 구형의 속이 빈 결정입자임을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 결정입자(4)는 그 크기가 100 ~ 300 Å임을 특징으로하는 내구성 발수유리.
- 유리기판의 표면에 실리카화합물로 이루어진 표면거칠기를 갖는 내구성 실리카층을 형성하고 그 위에 통상의 발수제로 발수층을 코팅하는 내구성 발수유리의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 실리카 화합물로서 금속알콕시드계 실란화합물을 2 단계 숙성하여 2종의 중합체가 가교되어 있는 형태의 실리카 용액을 제조하고, 이 용액을 유리기판 위에 코팅한 후 이를 열처리하여 표면거칠기를 갖는 실리카층을 형성한 다음, 이어서 그 위에 발수제를 코팅하여 발수층을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 금속알콕시드계 실란화합물의 2단계 숙성은 테트라에톡시실란을 1단계 숙성에서 염기성 조건하에 가수분해반응시켜서 콜로이달 실리카의 구형 중합체를 형성하고, 2단계 숙성에서 산성 조건하에 중축합반응시켜서 폴리실록산의 선형중합체를 형성하여 그 2종의 중합체가 가교되도록 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 금속알콕시드계 실란화합물의 2단계 숙성은 1 단계 숙성을 염기성 조건하에서 pH 9 이상이 되게 하고, 2단계 숙성은 산성 조건하에서 pH 1.2 ~ 2.7가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 금속알콕시드계 실란화합물은 NaCl, NH4Cl, KNO3, NaCO3및 CH3COONa군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 무기염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카층의 열처리 온도는 180 ~ 550℃임을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리의 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카층의 열처리온도는 350℃ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카층은 그 두께가 600 ~ 1500Å이 되도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카층에 형성된 표면거칠기는 20 ~ 200Å(Ra, 중심선평균거칠기)이 되도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 내구성 발수유리의 제조방법.
