- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트의 메틸메타크릴레이트(MMA) 의 함량이 70 중량 % 이상임을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, PMMA 시이트가 메틸 메타크릴레이트를 주성분으로하는 동종중합체 시이트와 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 프로필 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 헵틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸 헥실아크릴레이트 및 옥틸 아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트와 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 데실 메타크릴레이트 및 2-에틸 부틸 메타크릴레이트 로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 알킬 메타크릴레이트중에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 포함하는 공중합체로 구성된 시이트를 포함함을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트.
- 하기의 연속 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 청구 범위 제 1 항의 아크릴계 시이트의 제조 방법:1) 아크릴계 공중합체 고무의 제조2) 다중층 PMMA 시이트의 제조
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 1) 아크릴계 공중합체 고무의 제조 단계에서, 탄소 원자수 1 내지 12 의 알킬기를 갖는 1 종 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트 단량체 50 내지 99 중량부, 탄소수 1 내지 12 의 알킬기를 갖는 알킬 메타크릴레이트 단량체 1 내지 50 중량부 및 비닐 방향족 단량체 0 내지 50 중량부를 혼합한 혼합물 총 100 중량부에 대해서, 가교제 0.01 내지 5 중량부, 중합 개시제 0.01 내지 5 중량부 및 분자량 조절제 0.01 내지 5 중량부를 투여하여 혼합하고, 35 내지 80 ℃ 의 온도에서 괴상 중합시켜 아크릴계 공중합체 고무를 제조함을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 2) 다중층 PMMA 시이트의 제조 단계에서, 아크릴계 공중합체 고무 100 중량부에 대해서 중합 개시제 0.05 내지 10 중량부, 가교제 0.01 내지 10 중량부, 자외선 안정제 0.01 내지 2 중량부를 혼합한 다음, 이 혼합물을 두장의 PMMA 시이트와 스페이서로 구성된 셀에 부어 35 내지 70 ℃ 의 온도에서, 3 내지 5 시간 중합시킨후, 70 ℃ 이상의 온도에서 후열처리를 한 다음, 천천히 실온으로 냉각시켜 다중층 PMMA 시이트를 제조함을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 비닐 방향족 화합물의 단량체는 스티렌, 클로로스티렌, 알파-메틸 스티렌 또는 에틸 스티렌임을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 개시제는 t-부틸 퍼옥시 네오데카노에이트, t-부틸 퍼옥시 피발레이트, t-부틸퍼옥시 2-에틸헥사노에이트, 디이소프로필 퍼옥시디카보네이트, 디-2-에틸헥실퍼옥시디카보네이트, 3,5,5-트리메틸헥사노일 퍼옥사이드, 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 라우로일 퍼옥사이드 및 아조비스이소부티로니트릴로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 화합물임을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 가교제는 디비닐벤젠, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올디메타크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트 및 펜타에리트리톨테트라아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 화합물임을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 분자량 조절제는 t-도데실머캅탄 또는 n-도데실머캅탄임을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 스페이서는 연질 PVC, 폴리에스테르, 실리콘, 나일론, 테프론, 폴리이소부틸렌 또는 에틸렌계 공중합 고무임을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 스페이서의 두께는 0.01 내지 5 mm 임을 특징으로하는 아크릴계 시이트의 제조 방법.
