Claims (2)
- 트랜스포머를 통하여 전극에 제공되는 전류는 다이리스터가 구동하는 점화각에 의하여 제어되도록 구성된 점 용접기에 있어서,상기 일단의 전극에 연결되어 전극간의 용접 전류를 측정하는 전류 측정부와;상기 일단의 전극에 연결되어 전극간의 용접 전압을 측정하는 전압 측정부와;너겟의 생성가능한 모델 동저항값들이 저장되어 있는 저장 수단과;상기 용접 전류및 전압을 이용하여 동저항값을 검출하고, 상기 동저항값및 모델 동저항값을 이용하여 다음 제어 전류값을 산출하고, 제어 전류값에 대응하여 상기 다이리스터의 점화각을 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비하는 동저항값을 이용한 점 용접기의 전류 제어 장치.
- 너겟의 생성가능한 모델 동저항값들에 대한 정보를 갖는 점 용접기의 전류 제어 방법으로서,매 사이클마다 용접 전류와 전압값을 센싱하고, 이 두값으로 동저항을 계산하는 단계와;상기 동저항값을 상기 동저항의 모델값과 비교하여 두값간의 차를 산출하는 단계와;상기 산출된 차값을 소정 상수와 곱하여 보상되어야 할 전류값을 산출하는 단계와;동저항 모델값에 의한 모델 전류값에 상기 산출된 보상 전류값을 더하여 제어 전류값으로 설정하는 단계와;상기 제어 전류값에 대응하는 용접 전류를 제공하는 단계를 구비하는 동저항값을 이용한 점 용접기의 전류 제어 방법.
