Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 안전운행을 위한 표시등으로 차량의 운행중 차선을 바꾸어 끼어들기를 하려고하는 차의 안전한 유도를 위하여 차량전면 양측에 양보유도 표시등을 설치하여 차량의 흐름을 원할하게하고 접촉사고 예방은 물론 양보한자나 양보받은자의 유쾌한 운행을 목적으로 합니다.

본 발명은 운행중인 차량이 차선을 바꾸어 앞으로 끼어드는 차량을 보호하여 안전운행을 돕는데 그 목적이 있다
본 발명은 도로를 운행하는 자동차의 안전운행을 위한 양보의사표시등 장치방법으로 방법특허출원명, 차량운행중 앞차의 끼어들기를 돕는 양보의사표시등(이하 양보등이라 칭함)으로, 종래에는 일반적으로 운전자가 차선을 변경하여 앞서 끼어들기를 하려면 좌우측방의 차량으로부터 양보의사를 전달받는 방법으로 뒤비추기거울을 이용하여 그 차량의 속도 및 감정적인 운전조작 또는 그 차량을 운전하는 운전자의가 행하는 수신호에 의하여 끼어들기를 시도하다 보니 위험요소가 많았으나, 본 발명방법은 양보하려는 운전자가 앞서 끼어드는 차량에게 양보등을 점등하여 안전하게 앞으로 유도, 안전운행을 할수있도록함이다.
일반적으로 자동차에는 자기의 의사를 밝히는것으로 방향지시등, 제동등, 후진등, 전조등, 차폭등, 비상점멸신호등, 등이있으나 이들은 양보의사표시를 할수없는 관계로 앞에서의 문제점을 심각하게 고민하던 중 종래 방향지시등이나 비상점멸신호등의 구성요소등을 응용하여 차량전면양측 전조등 부근에 본발명품인 양보등을 차종에따라 미려한디자인으로 설계제작하여 부착하여 손쉬운 방법으로 안정하고 상쾌한 기분으로 끼어들기를 할 수 있는 방법을 발명하기에 이르렀음.
상기한 바와 같이 본발명품의 양보등은 전 차종에 관계없이 차량전면 양쪽 전조등 부근에 차량의 미관을 살려서 우수한 디자인으로 설계제작 설치하면 될 것이다. 또한 양보등의 색상으로는 종래 신호체게의 3색인 녹색, 적색, 황색등중 진행, 통과 등, 긍정적인색깔, 녹색으로하고 차의전면 바깥쪽에서 안쪽으로 화살표시나 혹은 유도표시도형으로 차종에따라 여러가지 형태의 미려한 디자인으로 설계하여 제작 설치하였으면 한다.

본 발명의 구성및 작용은 도로를 운행하는 차량중 다른 차선에서의 차량이 자기차의 차선으로 방향지시등을 켜고 차선을 바꾸어 끼어들기를 시도하려고 하면 대표도 중 ①운전석의 스위치를 조작 ②릴레이스위치가 동작 ③운전석에 표시등 및 ④ 차량전면 좌우측의 양보등이 점멸된다. 이 때, 차선을 바꾸어 앞서려는 차량은 뒤비추기거울로 양보등을 보고 고마운 마음으로 안전하게 앞으로 끼어들기를 하여 운행할 수 있다.
앞차가 안전하게 끼어들면 대표도중 ① 차내 양보등스위치를 끄고 양보의 기쁜 마음으로 운행할 수 있을 것이다.
이로인하여 차량의 접촉사고 예방은 물론 차량 소통원활로 연료절감 효과가 클 것이다.

- 양보등을 온-오프하기 위한 스위치운용계통①과, 상기스위치 온시 작동되는 릴레이운용 계통②, 상기릴레이②의 작동에의한 차량내부등③ 및 차량외부 앞의 좌우측 양보등④을 단계적으로 연동시킬 수 있는 운용체계 방법.
- 양보등을 운용할 때 사용되는 양보등의 색상으로의 녹색등화.
