Claims (1)
- 하기 화학식 2의 L-아스코르브산 2-폴리포스페이트를 하기 화학식 3의 L-아스코르브산의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 염의 농축된 수용액과 알칼리 조건하에 반응시킴을 포함하며, 이때 화학식 3의 L-아스코르브산 염 및 염기로서 사용된 알칼리 토금속 수산화물의 양을 반응 매질의 pH치가 약 8 내지 약 11의 범위내로 유지되도록 조정하고, 폴리포스페이트가 본질적으로 소비되고 단지 하기 화학식 1의 L-아스코르브산 2-모노포스페이트 염만이 존재할 때까지 각 경우 하나의 포스페이트 기를 화학식 2의 폴리포스페이트로부터 화학식 3의 L-아스코르브산 염으로 단계적으로 전달하는, 화학식 1의 L-아스코르브산 2-모노포스페이트의 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 염의 제조 방법:화학식 1화학식 2화학식 3상기 식에서,M+는 알칼리 금속 이온 또는 등가의 알칼리 토금속 이온이고,n은 2이상의 정수이다.
