Description
Claims (13)
- 연소실 중에서 부분 산화에 의해 생성되는 가스를 생성, 냉각 및 정제하기 위한, 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기에 있어서, 연소실(3) 및 냉각실(7)은 연결 채널(6)에 의해 상호 연결되는 별개의 챔버이고, 냉각실(7)의 가스 유입 구역에는 냉각 매체(8)를 미세한 분포로 유용 가스 중에 분사하는 냉각 노즐(9)이 달린 노즐 바아(10, 11)가 배치되며, 냉각실(7)의 내부의 냉각 구역은 유용 가스/냉각 매체 혼합 구역(7a)에 접속되고, 냉각실의 유출구에는 원추형부(20)가 배치되며, 원추형부에 후속하여 수욕(21)이 배치되고, 유용 가스는 원추형부(20)의 배후측 구역으로 180°전향되어 가스 배출관(23)을 경유하여 연소실(3) 및 냉각실(7)을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기를 떠나는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노즐 바아(10, 11)는 냉각실(7)의 유입구에서 여러 높이의 평면에 배치되고, 그러한 여러 높이의 평면에서 원주 방향으로 상호 떨어지거나 동렬로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 노즐 바아(10, 11)는 냉각실(7) 속에 상이한 깊이로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 노즐 바아(10, 11)는 교환이 가능하고 임의의 필요 요건에 적합한 노즐 헤드(9, 29)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 연소실(3) 및 냉각실(7)은 세라믹 재료(4)로 라이닝되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소실(3)은 세라믹 재료(4)로 라이닝되고, 냉각실(7)은 냉각 바스킷(41)으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 외부로부터 냉각실(7) 속으로 삽입되는 노즐 바아(10, 11)는 관통 구역(관통로)(19)에서 밀봉되거나, 냉각 바스킷(41)과 함께 구성되는 경우에는 밀봉부(48)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 연소실(3) 및 냉각실(7)은 공통의 압력 용기로 통합되거나(도 1), 플랜지 연결부(33)에 의해 전체 유닛으로 결합되는 별개의 유닛(도 2)으로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 노즐 바아(10, 11)는 유입관 및 배출관(25, 26)을 경유하여 냉각 매체를 공급받는 직접적인 냉각부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 압력 용기(31)의 내측부는 냉각실(7)의 측하방에 있는 유용 가스 접촉 구역에서 라이닝(27)에 의해 부식 및 과온도로부터 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 노즐 바아(10, 11)에는 흐름 제어 부품(14) 및 유량계(16)를 구비한 냉각 매체 접속관(12)을 경유하여 물이 공급되고, 흐름 제어 부품(15) 및 유량계(17)를 구비한 냉각 가스 접속관(13)을 경유하여 질소와 같은 냉각 가스가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 냉각실(7)의 원추형부(20)는 사행형 냉각관(28)으로 권취된 강 본체를 구비하고, 내측부에서 세라믹 재료로 라이닝되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
- 제1항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 냉각실(7)의 원추형부(20)는 냉각식 이중 벽 구조물로 구성되고, 그 구조물의 내측부는 세라믹으로 라이닝되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 및 냉각실을 구비한 합성 가스 생성기.
