- 종속항목 : 제조공법제 1 공법: 조개껍질을 이용한 다공성 무기물의 제조공법 설명제 2 제조공법: 무기물과 색소의 미세도 조절 가공공법(리포좀) 설명제 3 제조공법: 다공성무기물에 염료를 코팅하는 제조공법 설명제 4 제조 공법: 마스터 배치 또는 팔렛트화하는 제조공법 설명제 5 제조공법 : 향료접합 제조 공법
- 제 1항에 있어서 B - g 충전색소 가공물(착색조제)은 다공성무기물 제조공법에 의한 무색성상의 다공성무기물로서 용유점 300℃ 이상의 투명성을 띈 무기물을 선택하여 종속항목 제 1 제조공법에 의해 인위적인 다공성무기물을 만들어 여기에 색이 가장 진하고 조밀한 도포성을 갖고 내광성과 외광성이 공히 뛰어나나 이행성이 강한 염료를 삽입 실리콘으로 코팅하여 이행을 막아 하나의 새로운 색소 충전제로 파레트화 한 것을 하나의 원자로하여 A부 40 ∼ 90 중량%에 B부 10 ∼ 60중량%로 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물로서 이들 모두 본 발명자의 제조공법 과정에 의거 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 진하고 조밀하게 도포되며 묻어나지 않으며 사용후 물에 담가 놓으면 쉽게 종이에서 박리되고 고무지우개로 지우면 종이에서 깨끗이 벗겨져 나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 색연필의 조성물.
