본 고안은 제철소의 용광로의 미분탄 취입장치(PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION LANCE)에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 미분탄 취입장치의 미분탄 이송파이프 선단부를 나사식으로 착탈할 수 있도록 하여 용광로 내의 고열에 의하여 이송파이프 선단이 이형 또는 변형이 되었을시 이송파이프 선단부를 교체하는 작업이 용이하고 작업시간의 단축 및 미분탄 취입장치의 수명연장에 따른 재비용의 절감 등의 효과를 구유할 수 있도록 안출한 고안으로서 일반적으로 제철소의 용광로에서 용선 제조시 연료로 사용하는 고가의 코크스 대신 저가의 일반탄을 미세하게 분쇄한 미분탄은 용광로에 취입연소시키는 보조연료로서 다량 취입에 따른 장치구성품의 내구수명 및 신뢰성이 요구된다. 그런데 이러한 미분탄 취입작업은 파쇄장치에서 파이프라인을 통하여 이송되는 미분탄을 송풍관인 블로우 파이프의 버너취입가이드부로 취입하여 연소시키며 종래의 블로우 파이프 버너취입가이드부는 원통형 블로우 파이프에 반 원추형 형상을 가진 가이드를 원통형 블로우 파이프 일측에 접합시켜서 구성된 것으로 블로우 파이프와 가이드내에는 고온용 내화재인 케스타블로 시공되고 시공된 형상은 미분탄 취입장치(P.C.I LANCE)를 취입할 수 있는 구경의 원형파이프로 일정한 경사각도를 유지시키며 블로우 파이프 내주부의 송풍통로(노즐)와 접하게 설치되게 되는데 이 송풍통로로 송풍되어 대략 1250℃의 고온열풍으로 미분탄 취입장치로 취입된 미분탄을 연소시키고 이때 고온, 고열에 의하여 미분탄 취입장치의 파이프 선단이 쉽게 변형되거나 부분적으로 용해마모되어 연소위치 편중 등으로 내화물의 소손 및 균열이 발생되며 나아가 이로 인한 가이드 내외부의 적열 발생이 확대되어 블로우 파이프 자체 손상으로 이어지는 등의 폐단이 발생되었고 이때 길이가 긴 미분탄 취입장치 전체를 분해하여 교체하여야 함에 따라 용광로의 휴지발생 및 교체에 따른 고비용과 장시간의 교체 작업 등의 문제점이 발생하였다.The present invention relates to a PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION LANCE of a steel mill.
