Claims (3)
- (A) R3SiO1/2실옥산 단위 및 SiO4/2실옥산 단위(여기서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 1가 탄화수소 라디칼 및 화학식 1의 그룹으로부터 선택되지만, 단 하나 이상의 R은 알케닐 라디칼이며, SiO4/2단위당 0.5 내지 1.5개의 R3SiO1/2단위가 존재한다)로 이루어진 알케닐 작용성 실옥산 수지(여기서, 수지는 0.01 내지 22 중량%의 알케닐 작용성을 함유한다) 40 내지 95부;(B) 분자당 평균 1.7개 이상의 규소 결합된 수소 원자를 가지며, 점도가 0.8 내지 2,000 ㎟/s인 SiH 함유 폴리오가노실옥산 0.5 내지 20부;(C) 화학식 2의 단량체로 표시되는 실란 또는 이의 올리고머성 부분 가수분해 및 축합 반응 생성물;(D) 당해 조성물의 경화를 촉진시키기에 충분한 양의 하이드로실릴화 촉매 및(E) 알콕시 라디칼의 수분 경화를 촉진시키기 위한 수분 경화 촉매의 혼합물을 포함하고,(A) 수지 및 (B) 폴리오가노실옥산 중의 하나 이상은 화학식 1의 경화 라디칼을 함유하며,용매의 부재하에 25 ℃에서 점도가 5 내지 1,500 Pa·s이며,먼저 미처리 강도(green strength) 및 이동성 결합을 갖는 조성물로 경화된 후에, 부동 결합을 갖는 조성물로 다시 경화되는 실리콘 접착제 조성물.화학식 1-ZSiR1 x(OR2)3-x화학식 2R1 4-ySi(OR2)y상기 화학식 1 및 화학식 2에서,R1은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬 라디칼 및 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴 라디칼로 부터 선택되며,R2는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬 라디칼 및 알콕시알킬 라디칼로부터 선택되고,Z는 2가의 결합 라디칼이며,x는 0 또는 1이고,y는 2 내지 4이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자당 두 개 이상의 에틸렌계 또는 아세틸렌계 불포화 그룹을 가지며, 점도가 100 내지 80,000 ㎟/s인 폴리디오가노실옥산(F) 0.1 내지 50부를 추가로 포함하고, (A)수지, (B)폴리오가노실옥산 및 (F)폴리디오가노실옥산 중의 하나 이상은 화학식 1의 경화 라디칼을 함유하는 실리콘 접착제 조성물.화학식 1-ZSiR1 x(OR2)3-x상기식에서,R1,R2,Z 및 x는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 실온에서 안정하기에 충분한 양의 억제제(G)를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
