Claims (28)
- 적어도 실런트 수지 및 표면 보호 필름으로 피복된 광기전력 소자를 포함하며, 이 때 상기 표면 보호 필름의 산소 투과도가 25 ℃/90%RH에서 1 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이상, 50 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이하인 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 보호 필름의 산소 투과도가 25 ℃/90%RH에서 10 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이상, 50 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이하인 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 보호 필름의 수증기 투과도가 40 ℃/90%RH에서 20 g/m2·24hr 이하인 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 보호 필름이 불화물 중합체로 이루어지는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 불화물 중합체가 테트라플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체 수지인 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 실런트 수지가 가교 수지로 이루어지는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가교 수지가 유기 과산화물에 의해 가교된 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 (EVA) 수지인 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 실런트 수지가 유리 섬유 부직포를 함유하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광기전력 소자가 기판, 비단결정 반도체 활성층, 및 투명 전도층으로 이루어지는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 비단결정 반도체 활성층이 비정질 실리콘 박막으로 이루어지는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 실런트 수지층과 상기 광기전력 소자 사이에 투명 경질 유기 수지 박막층을 추가로 포함하며, 이 투명 경질 유기 수지 박막층을 형성하는 수지의 주성분이 아크릴 수지 또는 아크릴 실리콘 수지인 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모듈의 사용 온도가 70 ℃ 이상인 태양 전지 모듈.
- 적어도 실런트 수지 및 표면 보호 필름으로 피복된 광기전력 소자를 포함하며, 이 때 산소가 상기 표면 보호 필름을 투과하여 상기 실런트 수지에 도달함으로써 실런트 수지의 황변을 해소한 태양 전지 모듈.
- 적어도 실런트 수지 및 표면 보호 필름으로 피복되고 모듈 보강판에 고정된 광기전력 소자를 포함하며, 이 때 상기 표면 보호 필름의 산소 투과도가 25 ℃/90%RH에서 1 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이상, 50 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이하인 건축재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 표면 피복 필름의 산소 투과도가 25 ℃/90%RH에서 10 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이상, 50 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이하인 건축재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 표면 보호 필름의 수증기 투과도가 40 ℃/90%RH에서 20 g/m2·24hr 이하인 건축재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 표면 보호 필름이 불화물 중합체로 이루어지는 건축재.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 불화물 중합체가 테트라플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체 수지인 건축재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 표면 실런트 수지가 가교 수지로 이루어지는 건축재.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 가교 수지가 유기 과산화물에 의해 가교된 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 (EVA) 수지인 건축재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 표면 실런트 수지가 유리 섬유 부직포를 함유하는 건축재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 광기전력 소자가 기판, 비단결정 반도체 활성층, 및 투명 전도층으로 이루어지는 건축재.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 비단결정 반도체 활성층이 비정질 실리콘 박막으로 이루어지는 건축재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 표면 실런트 수지층과 상기 광기전력 소자 사이에 투명 경질 유기 수지 박막층을 추가로 포함하며, 이 투명 경질 유기 수지 박막층을 형성하는 수지의 주성분이 아크릴 수지 또는 아크릴 실리콘 수지인 건축재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 모듈의 사용 온도가 70 ℃ 이상인 건축재.
- 적어도 실런트 수지 및 표면 보호 필름으로 피복되고 모듈 보강판에 고정된 광기전력 소자를 포함하며, 이 때 산소가 상기 표면 보호 필름을 투과하여 상기 실런트 수지에 도달함으로써 실런트 수지의 황변을 해소한 건축재.
- 적어도 실런트 수지 및 표면 보호 필름으로 피복된 광기전력 소자를 포함하는 태양 전지 모듈, 및 태양 전지 모듈에 접속된 전력 변환 장치를 포함하며, 이 때 상기 표면 보호 필름의 산소 투과도가 25 ℃/90%RH에서 1 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이상, 50 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이하인 전력 발생 시스템.
- 적어도 실런트 수지 및 표면 보호 필름으로 피복되고 모듈 보강판에 고정된 광기전력 소자를 포함하는, 지붕 하층에 공간을 두고 고정되는 지붕재를 포함하며, 여기서 공기가 이 공간 내로 투입되고 이 공간을 통과하여 외부로 배출되거나 내부로 들어가도록 인도되고, 상기 표면 보호 필름의 산소 투과도가 25 ℃/90%RH에서 1 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이상, 50 cc/m2·24hr·atm 이하인 공기 순환 시스템.
