Claims (17)
- 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일에 있어서,제 1 및 제 2단부를 갖는 제 1베이스, 이 제 1베이스의 일단부에 부착된 제 1레그, 제 1베이스의 제 2단부에 부착된 탄성이음스트립, 및 이 탄성이음스트립에 부착된 제 2레그로 한정된 도치된 U형 창문채널 ; 및채널 시일을 제 2베이스, 상기 제 2레그 및 제 3레그에 의해 한정된 도어플랜지에 결합시키기 위한 U형 플랜지 결합채널로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1베이스의 제 1단부에 부착되고, 제 1레그 반대에 피봇돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1레그에 부착된 제 1밀봉 립, 및 제 2레그에 부착된 제 2밀봉립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 플랜지 결합채널에 부착된 다수의 파지돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 창문채널에 유용한 창문채널 삽입물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 창문채널 삽입물이 제 1 및 제 2레그를 갖는 베이스, 및 이 삽입물을 창문채널에 고정시키기 위해 제 1 및 제 2고정돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 삽입물을 고정시키기 위해 채널 시일 제 1레그에 부착된 제 1잠금 연장부 및 채널 시일 제 2레그에 부착된 제 2잠금연장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머는 스티렌 블록 코폴리머, 고무-폴리올레핀 혼합물, 엘라스토머 합금, 열가소성 합금, 열가소성 엘라스토머 합금, 열가소성 이오노머, 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 폴리비닐클로라이드 및 이의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상이한 듀로미터 값의 적어도 두 열가소성 엘라스토머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 엘라스토머 이음 스트립은 제 1 및 제 2베이스 그리고 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3레그의 듀로미터 값보다 더욱 부드러운 듀로미터 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 공동압출 인테그럴 유니트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 성형 인테그럴 유니트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일.
- 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 채널 시일의 창문채널단면 모서리가 다른 듀로미터 값의 실질적으로 강성스트립들 사이에 일체로 배치된 한 듀로미터 값의 탄성스트립을 갖도록 도어 및 창문채널 시일을 한조각으로, 실질적으로 강성의 일반적으로 U형 형태로 형성하기 위해 적어도 두 개의 상이한 듀로미터 값의 열가소성 엘라스토머를 공동압출하는 단계, 그리고도어 및 창문 프레임의 상이한 모서리에 끼워맞춤시키도록 탄성스트립을 열성형시키는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일 형성방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 열성형단계는 탄성스트립을 채널 시일의 나머지부분에서보다 채널 시일의 모서리에서 신장시키는 것을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일 형성방법.
- 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 채널 시일의 창문채널단면 모서리가 다른 듀로미터 값의 실질적으로 강성스트립들 사이에 일체로 배치된 한 듀로미터 값의 탄성스트립을 갖도록 도어 및 창문채널 시일을 한조각으로, 실질적으로 강성의 일반적으로 U형 형태로 형성하기 위해 적어도 두 개의 상이한 듀로미터 값의 열가소성 엘라스토머를 성형하는 단계, 그리고도어 및 창문 프레임의 상이한 모서리에 끼워맞춤시키도록 탄성스트립을 열성형시키는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일 형성방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 열성형단계는 탄성스트립을 채널 시일의 나머지부분에서보다 채널 시일의 모서리에서 신장시키는 것을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤비네이션 도어 및 창문 채널 시일 형성방법.
