Claims (18)
- 유전체 세라믹 조성물에 있어서,(1) (a) 티탄산바륨과, (b) 산화유로퓸(europium oxide), 산화가돌리늄(gadolinium oxide), 산화테르븀(terbium oxide), 산화디스프로슘(dysprosium oxide), 산화홀뮴(holmium oxide), 산화에르븀(erbium oxide), 산화툴륨(thulium oxide) 및 산화이테르븀(ytterbium oxide)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 함유하며, 하기의 화학식 3의 조성 :
{BaO}m·TiO2+ αRe2O3+ βMnO (식중에서,Re2O3는 Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3및 Yb2O3으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종이며;α, β 및 m은, 0.0005≤α≤0.0270.002≤β≤0.054β/α≤51.000<m≤1.035이다)을 갖는 주성분 100중량부에 대하여,(2) 부성분으로서, SiO2-TiO2-M1계 산화물(단, M1은 BaO, CaO, SrO, MgO, ZnO 및 MnO으로 이루어진 군에서 적어도 1종이다)을 0.2~3.0중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 티탄산바륨이 불순물로서 알칼리금속 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 알칼리금속 산화물의 함량이 0.02중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 SiO2-TiO2-M1계 산화물이, (SiO2, TiO2, M1)의 3성분 조성도(단위 : 몰%)에서, A(85, 1, 14), B(35, 51, 14), C(30, 20, 50) 및 D(39, 1, 60)의 4개의 점을 연결하는 직선 상에 혹은 4개의 직선으로 둘러싸이는 영역 내부에 있고, 상기한 (SiO2, TiO2, M1)의 성분 100중량부에 대하여, Al2O3및 ZrO2중의 적어도 1종을, 합계로서 15중량부 이하(단, ZrO2는 5중량부 이하이다)의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 유전체 세라믹층 적층체; 각각의 한쪽 말단이 상기한 유전체 세라믹층의 한쪽 단면에 교대로 노출되도록 상기한 유전체 세라믹층간에 형성된 적어도 두 개의 내부전극들; 및 상기한 적층체의 각 단면에서 각각 노출된 내부전극에 전기적으로 접속되도록 형성된 한쌍의 외부전극들을 포함하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터로서,상기한 유전체 세라믹층이,(1) (a) 알칼리금속 산화물을 0.02중량% 이하의 양으로 함유한 티탄산바륨과, (b) 산화유로퓸, 산화가돌리늄, 산화테르븀, 산화디스프로슘, 산화홀뮴, 산화에르븀, 산화툴륨 및 산화이테르븀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 함유하며, 하기의 화학식 4의 조성 :
{BaO}m·TiO2+ αRe2O3+ βMnO (식중에서,Re2O3는 Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3및 Yb2O3으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종이며;α, β 및 m은, 0.0005≤α≤0.0270.002≤β≤0.054β/α≤51.000<m≤1.035이다)을 갖는 주성분 100중량부에 대하여,(2) 부성분으로서, SiO2-TiO2-M1계 산화물(단, M1은 BaO, CaO, SrO, MgO, ZnO 및 MnO으로 이루어진 군에서 적어도 1종이다)을 0.2~3.0중량부를 함유하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터. - 제 5항에 있어서, 상기한 내부전극들이 니켈 또는 니켈 합금으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기한 SiO2-TiO2-M1계 산화물이, (SiO2, TiO2, M1)의 3성분 조성도(단위 : 몰%)에서, A(85, 1, 14), B(35, 51, 14), C(30, 20, 50) 및 D(39, 1, 60)의 4개의 점을 연결하는 직선 상에 혹은 4개의 직선으로 둘러싸이는 영역 내부에 있고, 상기한 (SiO2, TiO2, M1)의 성분 100중량부에 대하여, Al2O3및 ZrO2중의 적어도 1종을, 합계로서 15중량부 이하(단, ZrO2는 5중량부 이하이다)의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기한 외부전극들이 각각 도전성 금속분말의 소결층 또는 유리프릿을 함유하는 도전성 금속분말의 소결층으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기한 외부전극들이 각각 도전성 금속분말의 소결층 또는 유리프릿을 함유하는 도전성 금속분말의 소결층으로 된 제 1층과, 제 1층 위에 도금(plating)에 의해 형성된 제 2층으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 유전체 세라믹 조성물에 있어서,(1) (a) 티탄산바륨과, (b) 산화유로퓸, 산화가돌리늄, 산화테르븀, 산화디스프로슘, 산화홀뮴, 산화에르븀, 산화툴륨 및 산화이테르븀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 함유하며, 하기의 화학식 5의 조성 :
{BaO}m·TiO2+ αRe2O3+ βMnO (식중에서,Re2O3는 Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3및 Yb2O3으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종이며;α, β 및 m은, 0.0005≤α≤0.0270.002≤β≤0.054β/α≤51.000<m≤1.035이다)을 갖는 주성분 100중량부에 대하여,(2) 부성분으로서, Li2O-(Si,Ti)O2-M2계 산화물(단, M2는 Al2O3및 ZrO2중에서 적어도 1종이다)을 0.2~3.0중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물. - 제 10항에 있어서, 상기한 티탄산바륨이 불순물로서 알칼리금속 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기한 알칼리금속 산화물의 함량이 0.02중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기한 Li2O-(Si,Ti)O2-M2계 산화물이, {Li2O, (SiwTi1-w)O2, M2}(여기에서, 0.30≤w≤1.0이다)의 3성분 조성도(단위 : 몰%)에서, A(20, 80, 0), B(10, 80, 10), C(10, 70, 20), D(25, 45, 20), E(45, 45, 10) 및 F(45, 55, 0)의 6개의 점을 연결하는 직선 상에 혹은 6개의 직선으로 둘러싸이는 영역 내부(단, A-F 직선상의 조성의 경우는 0.30≤w<1.0이다)에 있음을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 유전체 세라믹층 적층체; 각각의 한쪽 말단이 상기한 유전체 세라믹층의 한쪽 단면에 교대로 노출되도록 상기한 유전체 세라믹층간에 형성된 적어도 두 개의 내부전극들; 및 상기한 적층체의 각 단면에서 각각 노출된 내부전극에 전기적으로 접속되도록 형성된 한쌍의 외부전극들을 포함하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터로서,상기한 유전체 세라믹층이,(1) (a) 티탄산바륨과, (b) 산화유로퓸, 산화가돌리늄, 산화테르븀, 산화디스프로슘, 산화홀뮴, 산화에르븀, 산화툴륨 및 산화이테르븀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 함유하며, 하기의 화학식 6의 조성 :
{BaO}m·TiO2+ αRe2O3+ βMnO (식중에서,Re2O3는 Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3및 Yb2O3으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종이며;α, β 및 m은, 0.0005≤α≤0.0270.002≤β≤0.054β/α≤51.000<m≤1.035이다)을 갖는 주성분 100중량부에 대하여,(2) 부성분으로서, Li2O-(Si,Ti)O2-M2계 산화물(단, M2는 Al2O3및 ZrO2중에서 적어도 1종이다)을 0.2~3.0중량부를 함유하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터. - 제 14항에 있어서, 상기한 내부전극들이 니켈 또는 니켈 합금으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.

- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기한 외부전극들이 각각 도전성 금속분말의 소결층 또는 유리프릿을 함유하는 도전성 금속분말의 소결층으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기한 외부전극들이 각각 도전성 금속분말의 소결층 또는 유리프릿을 함유하는 도전성 금속분말의 소결층으로 된 제 1층과, 제 1층 위에 도금(plating)에 의해 형성된 제 2층으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
