Claims (44)
- 액추에이터 및 하나 이상의 프로세서를 포함하는 컴퓨터 보조 장치, 및
상기 컴퓨터 보조 장치와 함께 사용하기 위한 기기를 포함하는 시스템으로서, 상기 기기는:
상기 기기의 원위 단부에 위치되는 엔드 이펙터, 및
상기 액추에이터로부터의 힘 또는 토크를 상기 엔드 이펙터로 연결시키기 위한 하나 이상의 구동 기구를 포함하고,
상기 기기로 작업을 수행하기 위해, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서는:
상기 액추에이터의 속도 설정점을 초기 속도로 설정하고,
상기 액추에이터에 의해 적용되는 힘 또는 토크를 모니터링하고,
상기 적용되는 힘 또는 토크가 제1 임계값을 초과하면, 상기 속도 설정점을 감소시키고,
상기 적용되는 힘 또는 토크가 제2 임계값 미만이면, 상기 속도 설정점을 증가시키고,
상기 적용되는 힘 또는 토크가 최대 임계값을 초과하면, 상기 속도 설정점을 0으로 감소시키고,
상기 속도 설정점에 기초하여 상기 액추에이터를 구동시키도록 구성되고,
상기 제1 및 제2 임계값은 상기 최대 임계값보다 낮고,
상기 속도 설정점을 0으로 감소시킨 후, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서는:
소정의 기간 동안 대기하고,
소정의 기간이 경과한 후:
상기 속도 설정점을 0이 아닌 값으로 설정하고,
상기 속도 설정점이 0이 아닌 값으로 설정되어 있는 동안 상기 적용되는 힘 또는 토크가 계속해서 상기 최대 임계값을 초과하는지를 결정하고,
상기 적용되는 힘 또는 토크가 계속해서 상기 최대 임계값을 초과하면, 상기 속도 설정점을 다시 0으로 설정하고 다시 대기하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 작업은 그래스핑, 스테이플링 또는 절단 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 속도 설정점은 속도 프로파일에 따라 감소되고 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 속도 설정점은 상기 적용되는 힘 또는 토크에 기초하여 계산된 속도값으로 감소되고 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 임계값은 상기 적용되는 힘 또는 토크에 기초하여 변동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대기 후, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서는 또한 상기 적용되는 힘 또는 토크가 계속해서 상기 최대 임계값을 초과하면, 소정 횟수의 대기 사이클 후 실패를 표시하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 소정 횟수의 대기 사이클은 1회인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.

상기 제1 및 제2 임계값은 상기 최대 임계값보다 낮고,
상기 속도 설정점을 0으로 감소시킨 후,
소정의 기간 동안 대기하고,
소정의 기간이 경과한 후,
상기 속도 설정점을 0이 아닌 값으로 설정하고,
상기 속도 설정점이 0이 아닌 값으로 설정되어 있는 동안 상기 적용되는 힘 또는 토크가 계속해서 상기 최대 임계값을 초과하는지를 결정하고,
