Claims (15)
- 약물 전달용 의약품 용기로서,
- 배럴, 및 배럴 내에 슬라이딩 가능하게 배치되는 스토퍼
를 갖고,
- 상기 스토퍼는 플런저 로드와 접촉하기에 적합한 근위 단부, 및 약학 조성물과 접촉하기에 적합한 원위 단부를 갖고,
- 상기 스토퍼는 배럴의 내표면과 부분적으로 접촉하는 원주 표면을 갖고,
- 상기 스토퍼는 스토퍼가 원위 방향으로 이동할 때 배럴의 내표면에 접촉하는 하나 이상의 환형 돌출부를 갖고,
- 상기 환형 돌출부는 각각 근위-원위 방향으로 상승 에지 및 하강 에지를 가지며,
가장 근위의 환형 돌출부의 상승 에지와 배럴의 내표면은 원위 방향으로 각도 X로 걸쳐 있고, 가장 원위의 환형 돌출부의 하강 에지와 내표면은 근위 방향으로 각도 A로 걸쳐 있으며, X/A 비는 1.05 이상이고,
상기 용기는 해제력 및 활주력 시험에서 활주력(GF)에 대한 해제력(BLF)의 비(BLF/GF)를 ≤ 2로 나타내고, 스토퍼가 시작 위치에서 종료 위치까지 이동할 때 측정된 총 활주력의 변동량(TGFV = GFmax - GFmin)은 TGFV < 2 N인 약물 전달용 의약품 용기. - 약물 전달용 의약품 용기로서,
스토퍼를 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용하도록 구성된 배럴
을 가지고,
상기 용기는 해제력 및 활주력 시험에서 활주력(GF)에 대한 해제력(BLF)의 비(BLF/GF)를 ≤ 2로 나타내고, 스토퍼가 시작 위치에서 종료 위치까지 이동할 때 측정된 총 활주력의 변동량(TGFV = GFmax - GFmin)은 TGFV < 2 N이고,
시험 스토퍼는, 플런저 로드와 접촉하기에 적합한 근위 단부, 및 약학 조성물과 접촉하기에 적합한 원위 단부, 배럴의 내표면과 접촉하기에 적어도 부분적으로 적합한 원주 표면, 스토퍼가 원위 방향으로 이동할 때 배럴의 내표면에 접촉하는 하나 이상의 환형 돌출부를 갖고, 상기 환형 돌출부는 각각 근위-원위 방향으로 상승 에지 및 하강 에지를 갖고,
상기 스토퍼는, 가장 근위의 환형 돌출부의 상승 에지와 배럴의 내표면이 원위 방향으로 각도 X로 걸쳐 있고, 가장 원위의 환형 돌출부의 하강 에지와 내표면이 근위 방향으로 각도 A로 걸쳐 있으며, X/A 비가 1.05 이상인 것을 추가 특징으로 하는 약물 전달용 의약품 용기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X/A 비는 > 1.1 내지 1.7인 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, A는 130° 내지 170°인 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스토퍼는 적어도 2개의 환형 돌출부를 갖는 것인 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용기는 시린지, 카트리지 및 카풀(carpule)로부터 선택되는 것인 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배럴의 내표면은 80° 이상의 수접촉각을 갖는 것인 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배럴의 내표면은
- 100 nm 미만의 표면 조도 Ra,
- 150 nm 미만의 표면 조도 Rms,
- 45 mN/m 미만의 표면 에너지, 및/또는
- 배럴당 100 μg 미만의 실리콘 함량
을 갖는 것인 의약품 용기. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스토퍼는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 치밀화 익스팬디드 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(ePTFE), 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE), 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체, 트리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 폴리비닐 플루오라이드, 퍼플루오로프로필비닐에테르, 퍼플루오로알콕시 중합체, 및 이의 공중합체, 블렌드 및 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 중합체로 코팅되는 것인 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배럴은 일부 또는 전부가 유리 또는 중합체로 제조되는 것인 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 해제력 및 활주력 시험에서 12 N 이하의 최대 해제력 및 활주력을 나타내는 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 활주력(GF)에 대한 해제력(BLF)의 비는 105일 동안 가속 노화 후 BLF/GF ≤ 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배럴의 내표면은 코팅되지 않은 것인 의약품 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배럴의 내표면의 표면 조도는 스토퍼의 시작 위치로부터 종료 위치까지 적어도 3%의 Ra 및/또는 Rms가 감소하는 것인 의약품 용기.
