도 2은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 공기조화기 내부구조를 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (15)
- 전방패널 및 후방패널을 포함하고, 상기 전방패널 상부에 외부공기가 유입되는 흡입그릴이 형성되고, 상기 전방패널 하부에 유입된 공기가 토출되는 토출구가 형성된 케이스;
상기 케이스 내부에 배치되어 상기 케이스 내부로 공기를 흡입하는 횡류팬; 및
상기 횡류팬의 위에 배치되고, 유입된 공기를 냉매와 열교환시키는 열교환기를 포함하고,
상기 열교환기는, 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 전방으로 연장되도록 경사지게 배치되고,
상기 후방패널에는
상기 열교환기의 하류측(DownStream)에 위치되어 상기 유입된 공기를 상기 횡류팬으로 안내하는 공기가이드가 형성되고,
상기 공기가이드는
상기 횡류팬을 향하여 전방으로 경사지게 형성된 제 1가이드면과, 상기 제 1가이드면의 하류측(DownStream)에 위치되고 후방을 향하여 경사지게 형성된 제 2가이드면을 포함하고,
상기 제 1가이드면에 공기를 분배하여 안내되도록 하는 분배가이더가 형성되고,
상기 분배가이더는, 상기 제 1가이드면과 상기 제 2가이드면 사이에 위치한 엣지로부터 멀어질수록 상기 제 1가이드면으로부터 돌출된 높이가 낮아지고,
상기 분배가이더는 상기 횡류팬의 회전축방향으로 이격되도록 복수개가 형성되고,
상기 복수개 분배가이더의 간격은 상기 제 1가이드면의 중앙에서 멀어질수록 좁게 형성되는 공기조화기.

상기 분배가이더는
상기 엣지로부터 연장되어 상기 후방패널에 접촉되는 공기조화기.
