- 밸브 장착용 EPDM 고무의 제조방법에 있어서,
EPDM 100 중량부에 대하여, 카본블랙 55~75 중량부, 노화방지제 2~6 중량부, 금속산화물 2~5 중량부 및 스테아린산 0.5~1 중량부를 니더 믹서에 투입 후 100~120℃에서 10~20분간 혼련하고,
상기 혼련된 혼련물을 롤 밀에 투입 후 가교제 8~10 중량부와 가교조제 0.5~2 중량부를 첨가하고 혼합 후 시트 형태로 제조한 후,
기설정된 밸브장착용 형상으로 성형가능한 금형에 상기 시트를 투입하고, 170~190℃의 온도에서 120~140 kg/cm2 압력과 6~8분의 시간으로 프레스 성형하여 밸브 장착용 EPDM 고무를 제조하되,
상기 가교제는 황 가교제와 과산화물 가교제를 블렌드하여 사용하며, 황 가교제와 과산화물 가교제는 1:40~1:50 중량비로 혼합하여 사용하고,
상기 과산화물 가교제는 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 티-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필벤젠, 티-부틸퍼옥시헥산 또는 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드를 사용하며,
상기 노화방지제는 페놀계, 아민계, 이미디아졸계 노화방지제 중에서 단독 또는 병용하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내열성과 영구압축줄음율 특성이 향상된 밸브 장착용 EPDM 고무의 제조방법.
