Claims (15)
- 복합 물품으로서,
a) 텍스타일 층으로서,
(1) 복수의 열 안정성 방적사로서, 복수의 열 안정성 방적사의 각각은 하나 이상의 열 안정성 비용융성 섬유를 포함하고, 260℃, 5분간의 얀 수축 시험에서 5% 초과로 수축하지 않으며, 하나 이상의 열 안정성 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 복수의 열 안정성 방적사와,
(2) 열 안정성 방적사와는 상이한 적어도 하나의 다른 얀 또는 필라멘트로서, 용융성 얀 또는 필라멘트인 적어도 하나의 다른 얀 또는 필라멘트를 포함하고,
텍스타일 층의 총 중량을 기준의 중량%로 30 중량% 내지 80 중량%의 열 안정성 방적사를 포함하는, 텍스타일 층; 및
b) 텍스타일 층에 결합된 접착제 층으로서,
접착제 층은 중합체 수지 및 팽창성 흑연을 포함하고, 팽창성 흑연은 팽창 시험에 따라 TMA(열 기계적 분석) 프로브로 측정하여 0.1 mm 내지 0.3 mm 깊이인 팽창성 흑연 양을 280℃로 가열시 적어도 900 ㎛ 팽창하는, 접착제 층
을 포함하고,
상기 물품은 ASTM 2894-14에 따른 열 수축 시험에서 적어도 한 방향으로 21% 미만의 수축을 갖는 것인 복합 물품. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 안정성 비용융성 섬유가 코튼, 난연성 코튼, 레이온, 난연성 레이온, 난연성 비스코스, 모드아크릴, 아라미드, 폴리아미드-이미드, 폴리벤즈이미다졸, 폴리벤족사졸, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 폴리에틸렌 이미드, 울, 카본 또는 이들의 조합인 복합 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 텍스타일 층은 직물 또는 편물 텍스타일인 복합 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 추가 층을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 추가 층은 열적으로 안정한 텍스타일, 방수 통기성 물질, 열적으로 안정한 필름, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 복합 물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 추가 층은 팽창된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 복합 물품.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 용융성 얀 또는 필라멘트는 열가소성 물질, 폴리아미드, 나일론, 나일론 6, 나일론 6,6, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 아크릴 또는 이들의 조합인 복합 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 용융성 얀이 폴리아미드 또는 폴리에스테르 얀인 복합 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 열 안정성 방적사는, 텍스타일 층의 총 중량을 기준으로, 텍스타일 층의 30 내지 70 중량%를 구성하는 것인 복합 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 물품이 화염에 노출될 때 텍스타일 층 및 접착제 층의 조합이 차(char)를 형성하도록 구성되는 것인 복합 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 복합 물품은 의복이고, 텍스타일 층은 착용자의 신체로부터 멀게 배향되는 것인 복합 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 열 안정성 방적사는 코어 방사된 것인 복합 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 열 안정성 방적사는 p-아라미드, m-아라미드, 모드아크릴, 난연성 코튼, 폴리벤즈이미다졸, 폴리아미드-이미드, 폴리벤족사졸, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 울, FR 비스코스, FR 레이온, 카본 섬유 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 것인 복합 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 열 안정성 방적사는 대전 방지 특성을 제공하는 것인 복합 물품.
