Abstract
Description
도 2는 GBS 데이터를 토대로 선정한 25개의 SNP 후보군에 대한 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 한국산 새꼬막 3 개체 및 중국산 새꼬막 3 개체의 유전체 DNA를 주형으로 하여 PCR을 수행한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 PCR로 분석한 Shell_SNP_I_001 SNP 부분을 포함하는 DNA 염기서열을 다중 정렬(multiple alignment)하여 분석한 결과 및 이를 실시간 qPCR로 검출하기 위한 프라이머 부착 위치를 나타낸 도이다.
도 4는 PCR로 분석한 Shell_SNP_021 SNP 부분을 포함하는 DNA 염기서열을 다중 정렬하여 분석한 결과 및 이를 실시간 qPCR로 검출하기 위한 프라이머 부착 위치를 나타낸 도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 새꼬막 원산지 판별용 프라이머 세트들을 이용하여 실시간 PCR을 수행하기 위한 조건을 나타낸 S도이다.

Claims (6)
- 서열번호 1 및 2, 서열번호 3 및 2, 서열번호 4 및 5, 또는 서열번호 6 및 5의 염기서열을 포함하는 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 새꼬막 원산지 판별용 프라이머 세트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 원산지는 한국 또는 중국인, 새꼬막 원산지 판별용 프라이머 세트.
- 제 1항의 새꼬막 원산지 판별용 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 새꼬막 원산지 판별용 키트.
- (a) 새꼬막 개체에서 핵산 시료를 분리하는 단계;
(b) 제 1항의 새꼬막 원산지 판별용 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 실시간 PCR을 수행하는 단계; 및
(c) Ct(threshold cycle) 값을 분석하는 단계를 포함하는 새꼬막 원산지 판별 방법. - 제 4항에 있어서, Ct 값이 28 이하일 경우 한국산인 것으로 판별하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 새꼬막 원산지 판별 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, Ct 값이 28 초과일 경우 중국산으로 판별하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 새꼬막 원산지 판별 방법.
