Abstract
본 발명의 리튬 이차전지용 양극은 전기화학적 반응성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 리튬 폴리설파이드의 용출로 인한 문제를 개선하여 리튬 이차전지의 용량 및 수명 특성을 향상시킨다.

Claims (13)
- 양극 활물질 및 첨가제를 포함하고,
상기 양극 활물질은 열팽창된 환원 그래핀 옥사이드 및 황을 포함하는 황-탄소 복합체를 포함하며,
상기 첨가제는 몬모릴로나이트를 포함하고,
상기 몬모릴로나이트는 소듐 몬모릴로나이트, 칼슘 몬모릴로나이트 및 마그네슘 몬모릴로나이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 황-탄소 복합체는,
상기 열팽창된 환원 그래핀 옥사이드 및
상기 열팽창된 환원 그래핀 옥사이드의 내부 및 외부 표면 중 적어도 일부에 황을 포함하는 것인, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열팽창된 환원 그래핀 옥사이드는 뒤틀린 페이퍼 구조를 갖는 것인, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열팽창된 환원 그래핀 옥사이드는 비표면적이 500 내지 1200 ㎡/g인, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열팽창된 환원 그래핀 옥사이드는 기공 부피가 3 내지 7 ㎤/g인, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열팽창된 환원 그래핀 옥사이드는 전기 전도도가 20 내지 200 S/㎝인, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 황은 무기 황, Li2Sn(n≥1), 디설파이드 화합물, 유기황 화합물 및 탄소-황 폴리머((C2Sx)n, x=2.5 내지 50, n≥2)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제는 양이온 교환에 의해 개질된 몬모릴로나이트를 포함하는, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 개질된 몬모릴로나이트는 몬모릴로나이트의 양이온이 수소 이온, 리튬 이온, 칼륨 이온, 루비듐 이온, 세슘 이온, 철 이온, 망간 이온 및 니켈 이온 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 이온으로 치환된 것인, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제는 양극 활물질층 전체 100 중량%를 기준으로 1 내지 10 중량%로 포함되는, 리튬 이차전지용 양극. - 제1항에 따른 리튬 이차전지용 양극;
음극 및
전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 황 로딩량이 2 내지 15 ㎎/㎠인 것인, 리튬 이차전지.
