Claims (9)
- 환부에 투여된 방사성 물질로부터 방출된 감마선과 반응하여 전기신호를 생성하는 감마선 검출기, 내부에 단수 또는 복수의 광학렌즈가 구비되어 가시광선 및 근적외선 형광을 집속 후 광학영상촬영부로 전송하는 대물렌즈부, 상기 대물렌즈부에 집속된 가시광선 및 근적외선 형광을 분리하는 제1파장분리체, 근적외선 여기광원과 근적외선 방출 형광을 차단하고 가시광선 신호를 선택적으로 투과시키는 제1광학대역필터, 상기 가시광선 신호를 전기신호로 변환하여 검출하는 제1영상소자, 가시광선 신호를 차단하고 근적외선 방출 형광 신호를 선택적으로 투과시키는 제2광학대역필터 및 상기 근적외선 방출 형광 신호를 전기신호로 변환하여 검출하는 제2영상소자를 포함함으로써, 상기 전송된 가시광선 및 근적외선 형광을 파장별로 분리하여 영상소자에서 전기신호로 변환하는 광학영상촬영부, 및 상기 전기신호의 위치 및 각도를 인식하여 영상을 실시간으로 재구성 및 정합하는 광학추적기를 포함하는 복합영상모듈;
소멸 감마선을 사용하여 내부 감마선의 전기신호 및 상기 감마선 검출기에서 발생하는 감마선의 전기신호를 동시 검출하는 체외모듈;
가시광선 영상을 획득하기 위한 백색광 및 환부에 형광단을 여기시켜 근적외선 방출형광 영상을 획득하는 광원전송모듈; 및
상기 복합영상모듈의 감마선 검출기 및 체외모듈의 전기신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 데이터획득모듈, 상기 광학영상촬영부에서 생성된 전기신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하고 영상소자의 성능을 조절하는 카메라 컨트롤 유닛, 상기 데이터획득모듈의 영상 신호를 증폭하고 상기 체외모듈과 동시계수하여 영상신호를 표시하는 감마선 검출기 제어부, 및 상기 데이터획득모듈의 감마선 정보와 상기 카메라 컨트롤 유닛의 광학영상 정보를 처리하고 매칭 알고리즘으로 하나의 영상으로 정합하는 제어부를 포함하는, 수술용 복합 비디오 영상시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감마선 검출기는 종양에 집적된 종양 탐지 추적자와 반응하여 섬광을 발생시키는 제1섬광결정; 및
상기 섬광 신호를 전기신호로 변환하여 검출하는 제1SiPM 광검출기를 포함하는, 수술용 복합 비디오 영상시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1섬광결정은 LYSO, GAGG, LaBr3(Ce), CsI(Na), NaI(Tl), YAP:Ce, CdTe, BGO(Bi4Ge3O12), LSO(Lu2SiO5:Ce), YSO(Y2SiO5:Ce and/or Tb), GSO(Ga2SiO5:Ce) 또는 LGSO(Lu1-xGdxSiO5)인, 수술용 복합 비디오 영상시스템. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1섬광결정은 구분(pixelated) 또는 일체(monolithic)형인, 수술용 복합 비디오 영상시스템. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광원전송모듈은 가시광선을 생성하는 외부 백색광원;
상기 가시광선의 초점을 형성하는 제1초점렌즈;
가시광선을 선택적으로 투과시키는 제3광학대역필터;
근적외선 여기광을 생성하는 외부 근적외선 여기광원;
상기 근적외선 여기광의 초점을 형성하는 제2초점렌즈;
근적외선 여기광을 선택적으로 투과시키는 제4광학대역필터;
가시광선을 반사하고 근적외선 여기광을 투과시키는 제2파장분리체;
투과된 근적외선 여기광의 초점을 형성하는 제3초점렌즈; 및
상기 근적외선 여기광을 광섬유 다발로 전송하는 광섬유 전송부를 포함하는, 수술용 복합 비디오 영상시스템. - 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1파장분리체 또는 제2파장분리체는 파장분리 거울 또는 파장분리 프리즘인, 수술용 복합 비디오 영상시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 대물렌즈부에 사용되는 렌즈는 볼록렌즈(convex lens), 오목렌즈(concave lens), 비구면 렌즈(aspheric lens) 또는 반월 렌즈(meniscus lens)인, 수술용 복합 비디오 영상시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 영상소자는 전하결합소자(CCD) 또는 보완 금속 산화물 반도체(CMOS)인, 수술용 복합 비디오 영상시스템.
