Abstract
따라서 본 발명은 소형으로 제작되는 파쇄장치 및 멸균장치가 분리 구성됨으로써 설치면적을 최소화하여 공간활용에 적합하며, 처리속도에 비례하여 파쇄장치 및 멸균장치의 수를 증감하여 설계할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 고온의 스팀을 하방으로 집중하여 이송하는 복수의 날개부 및 열풍커버에 의해 폐기물의 깊숙한 내측으로 신속히 열풍을 침투시킴으로써 단위 시간당 최대한 많은 양의 폐기물을 멸균할 수 있어 폐기물 처리효율 증대시킬 수 있는 경제적인 효과가 있다. 또한, 무선 통신을 이용한 이송장치에 의해 수거통을 자동으로 이송함으로써 파쇄 및 멸균, 폐기물 처리의 전공정을 자동화할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (6)
- 투입된 의료 폐기물을 작은 크기로 파쇄하는 파쇄기(20)가 내측에 설치된 파쇄장치(100)와, 파쇄된 폐기물을 수거하여 고온의 스팀에 의해 멸균하는 멸균장치(200)가 분리 구성되며, 상기 멸균장치(200)의 내측에는 스팀을 수거통(30)에 채워진 폐기물의 내측으로 깊숙이 투입할 수 있도록 스팀발생부(43)에서 전달된 고온의 스팀에 의해 열풍을 발생하는 복수의 날개부(65)가 열풍커버(60)의 내측에 회전할 수 있도록 결합된 회전축(64)에 상하로 간격을 이루며 결합되되,
상기 멸균장치(200)에는 수거통(30)이 안착되는 회전판(50)이 구비되고, 상기 회전판(50)의 상측에는 회전판(50)의 바퀴(32)가 삽입되어 안착되는 안착홈(51)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 폐기물을 위한 파쇄 및 고온 멸균 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열풍커버(60)의 상측에는 한 쌍의 지지대(61)가 결합되고,
상기 지지대(61)에는 열풍커버(60) 및 날개부(65)를 승강하여 열풍의 압력을 조절할 수 있도록 멸균장치(200)의 바닥면에 결합된 실린더(62)의 로드(63)가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 폐기물을 위한 파쇄 및 고온 멸균 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수거통(30)은 무선 통신을 이용하여 파쇄장치(100) 및 멸균장치(200)에 구비된 도어(10)(40)를 자동으로 개폐할 수 있는 이송장치(300)에 의해 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 폐기물을 위한 파쇄 및 고온 멸균 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 이송장치(300)에는 바닥면에 형성된 이송라인(90)을 따라 이동하기 위한 포토센서와, 장애물이 감지되면 정지하기 위한 근접센서와, 지정된 장소로 이동하여 자동으로 충전하기 위한 자동충전모듈이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 폐기물을 위한 파쇄 및 고온 멸균 시스템. - 삭제
