Claims (19)
- 유기성 원료가 투입되어 가스 및 슬래그를 생성하는 가스화 로에 있어서, 상기 가스화 로에 직접 또는 간접으로 알칼리 금속 함유 화합물을 투입해서 상기 슬래그를 저점도화하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 슬래그의 나트륨 및 규소의 함유량을 분석하는 것, 및
상기 슬래그 중의 이산화규소와 산화나트륨의 몰비(이산화규소의 몰수/산화나트륨의 몰수)가 2.5 이하일 때에, 상기 알칼리 금속 함유 화합물을 투입하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 알칼리 금속 함유 화합물이 규산나트륨인, 가스화 로의 조업 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 규산나트륨이 수용액의 형태로 투입되는, 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 규산나트륨 중의 이산화규소와 산화나트륨의 몰비(이산화규소의 몰수/산화나트륨의 몰수)가 0.4 이상 4.5 이하인, 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가스화 로에 직접 또는 간접으로 규소 함유 화합물을 투입하는 것을 포함하는, 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,

상기 도입구가 상기 연소실의 측면에 배치되어 있는, 가스화 로. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 가스화 로가 선회식 용융로인, 가스화 로. - 유기성 폐기물을 1차 가스화해서 유기성 원료를 생성하는 저온 가스화 로와, 상기 저온 가스화 로에서 생성한 상기 유기성 원료를 2차 가스화해서 가스 및 슬래그를 생성하는 고온 가스화 로를 구비하는 유기성 폐기물의 2단 가스화 장치이며, 상기 고온 가스화 로가 제9항에 기재된 가스화 로인, 2단 가스화 장치.
