Claims (11)
- 대향하는 유체 도관 포트들을 밀봉 접합하기 위한 가스켓이며,
반경 방향 외면과 반경 방향 내면을 포함하는 본체로서, 반경 방향 내면은 유체 통로를 생성하는 구멍을 형성하는, 본체와,
반경 방향 내면과 반경 방향 외면 사이에 배치된 가스켓 립으로서, 보호 릿지를 포함하고, 보호 릿지에 인접하여 배치된 밀봉면을 포함하는, 가스켓 립과,
가스켓 밀봉 립에 인접하여, 가스켓 립과 반경 방향 외면 사이에서, 본체에 형성된 응력 집중 특징부를 포함하는, 가스켓. - 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉면은 반경 방향 내면의 평면에 대해 일정한 각도를 나타내는 원주 방향 섹터인, 가스켓.
- 제2항에 있어서, 밀봉면은 반경 방향 외면의 평면에 대해서도 일정한 각도를 나타내는, 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스켓 립은 반경 방향 내면으로부터 외측으로 벌어지는, 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보호 릿지는 유체 도관 포트 중 하나의 정면과의 접촉에 반응하여 소성 변형되도록 구성되는, 가스켓.

- 제1항에 있어서, 가스켓은 스테인리스 스틸 합금, 크롬 합금, 니켈 합금, 순수 니켈, 구리 합금 및 순수 구리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단일의 금속성 재료를 포함하는, 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스켓은 타입 316 시리즈 스테인리스 스틸 합금과 동일한 단일의 금속성 재료를 포함하는, 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스켓은 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF), 퍼플루오로알콕시 폴리머(PFA), 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(PCTFE) 및 폴리이미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단일의 중합체 재료를 포함하는, 가스켓.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스켓은 폴리이미드와 동일한 단일의 중합체 재료를 포함하는, 가스켓.
