Claims (20)
- 스웨이드 기재를 액체 실리콘 고무 조성물로 코팅하는 단계;
상기 코팅한 기재를 알칼리 용액으로 감량하는 단계; 및
액체 실리콘 에멀젼 조성물로 함침하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 액체 실리콘 고무 조성물의 코팅량이 75 g/m2 내지 95 g/m2 이고,
상기 액체 실리콘 에멀젼 조성물의 함침량이 15 g/m2 내지 25 g/m2인, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스웨이드 기재는 편성포 기재인, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 편성포 기재는 환편 또는 경편인, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 액체 실리콘 고무 조성물은 비할로겐계 난연제를 더 함유하는, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 비할로겐계 난연제는 수산화알루미늄인, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 에멀젼 조성물은 (AA) 히드록시-종결화된 디오르가노폴리실록산 및/또는 규소 결합 수소 원자를 갖는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산, 및 (BB) 폴리옥시알킬렌을 함유하는 조성물인, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 (BB) 폴리옥시알킬렌은 알킬렌 옥사이드의 단독 중합체 또는 공중합체인, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 에멀젼 조성물은 실리카 및/또는 알루미나를 더 함유하는, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 에멀젼 조성물로의 함침 단계 이후에 기모 가공에 의해 기모층을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 기모 가공은 스웨이드 기재의 표면에 실시되는, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 기모 가공 단계 후, 추가의 표면 처리를 실시하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 인조 스웨이드의 제조 방법. - 액체 실리콘 에멀젼 조성물로 함침하여 제조된 스웨이드 기재;
상기 스웨이드 기재의 이면 상에 액체 실리콘 고무 조성물로 코팅된 실리콘 코팅층; 및
상기 스웨이드 기재의 표면 상의 기모층을 포함하며,
상기 액체 실리콘 고무 조성물의 코팅량이 75 g/m2 내지 95 g/m2 이고,
상기 액체 실리콘 에멀젼 조성물의 함침량이 15 g/m2 내지 25 g/m2인, 인조 스웨이드. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 액체 실리콘 에멀젼으로 함침하여 제조된 스웨이드 기재는 히드록시-종결화된 디오르가노폴리실록산으로부터 유래된 구성 단위 및 규소 결합 수소 원자를 갖는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산으로부터 유래된 구성 단위로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 구성 단위를 포함하는 실리콘 수지를 포함하는 스웨이드 기재인, 인조 스웨이드. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 히드록시-종결화된 디오르가노폴리실록산 및 상기 규소 결합 수소 원자를 갖는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산은 각각, 히드록시-종결화된 디메틸폴리실록산 및 메틸하이드로겐폴리실록산인, 인조 스웨이드. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 코팅층은 분자당 적어도 2개의 규소 결합 알케닐기를 갖는 액체 디오르가노폴리실록산과 규소 결합 수소 원자를 갖는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산이 부가 반응 촉매의 존재 하에 부가 반응하여 경화된 실리콘 수지를 포함하는, 인조 스웨이드. - 제18항에 있어서,
분자당 적어도 2개의 규소 결합 알케닐기를 갖는 액체 디오르가노폴리실록산은 분자당 적어도 2개의 규소 결합 비닐기를 갖는 액체 디알킬폴리실록산이고, 규소 결합 수소 원자를 갖는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산은 3개 이상의 규소 결합 수소 원자를 함유하는 것인, 인조 스웨이드. - 제15항에 기재된 인조 스웨이드를 포함하는 자동차 시트.
