Claims (20)
- 단량체 혼합물의 유화 중합체를 포함하되,
상기 단량체 혼합물은,
2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 노말-부틸아크릴레이트, 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 및 디시클로펜타닐 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 C1-10알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트계 단량체; 및
불포화 카르복시산계 단량체, 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 히드록시C1-10알킬 (메트)아크릴 에스터계 단량체, 및 C1-10시클로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트계 단량체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 공단량체;
를 포함하고,
상기 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트에 대한 상기 노말-부틸아크릴레이트의 중량 비율(노말-부틸아크릴레이트/2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트)은 0.3 내지 1.5인 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물 전체 중량 (100 중량%) 중,
상기 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트의 함량 및 상기 노말-부틸아크릴레이트의 함량 합은, 75 내지 85 중량%인 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물 전체 중량 (100 중량%) 중,
상기 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트의 함량 및 상기 디시클로펜타닐 (메트)아크릴레이트의 함량 합은, 10 내지 20 중량%인 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 C1-10알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트계 단량체는,
상기 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 100 중량부를 기준으로,
상기 노말-부틸아크릴레이트 35 내지 100 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 20 내지 45 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 디시클로펜타닐 (메트)아크릴레이트 1 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 100 중량부를 기준으로,
상기 공단량체를 1 내지 20 중량부 포함하는 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불포화 카르복시산계 단량체는,
아크릴산(acrylic acid), 메타크릴산(methacrylic acid), 푸마르산(fumaric acid), 말레산(maleic acid), 이타콘산(itaconic acid), 시트라콘산(citraconic acid), 메사콘산(mesaconic acid), 글루타콘산(glutaconic acid), 및 알릴말론산(allylmalonic acid)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체는,
스티렌, 메틸스티렌, 에틸스티렌, 부틸스티렌, 클로로스티렌, 비닐벤조산메틸, 비닐나프탈렌, 클로로메틸스티렌, 및 디비닐벤젠으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 히드록시C1-10알킬 (메트)아크릴 에스터계 단량체는,
2-히드록시에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시프로필(메트)아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시부틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 4-히드록시부틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 6-히드록시헥실(메트)아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시에틸렌글리콜(메트)아크릴레이트, ?? 2-히드록시프로필렌글리콜(메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 C1-10시클로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트계 단량체는,
8-트리시클로데카닐 (메트)아크릴레이트, 및 페닐 (메타)크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공단량체로 불포화 카르복시산계 단량체, 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 히드록시C1-10알킬 (메트)아크릴 에스터계 단량체, 및 C1-10시클로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트계 단량체를 모두 포함하는 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
유리전이온도(Tg)가 -35 내지 -20 ℃인 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
25 ℃ 및 전단 속력(shear rate) 104/s의 조건에서 고전단점도(HSV, high shear rate)가 30 내지 40 cPs인 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
25 ℃에서의 점도가 80 내지 100 cPs인 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물.
- 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 노말-부틸아크릴레이트, 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 및 디시클로펜타닐 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 C1-10알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트계 단량체; 및 불포화 카르복시산계 단량체, 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 히드록시C1-10알킬 (메트)아크릴 에스터계 단량체, 및 C1-10시클로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트계 단량체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 공단량체;를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물, 유화제 및 물을 혼합하여 프리에멀젼을 제조하는 단계, 및
중합 개시제의 존재 하에, 상기 프리에멀젼 내 단량체 혼합물을 유화 중합시켜 수성 아크릴계 에멀젼 수지를 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트에 대한 상기 노말-부틸아크릴레이트의 중량 비율(노말-부틸아크릴레이트/2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트)은 0.3 내지 1.5인 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 유화제는
소듐 폴리옥시에틸렌 라우릴 에테르 설페이트(SOJ, sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sulfate), 알킬디페닐옥시드 디설포네이트(alkyldiphenyloxide disulfonate), 및 수산화나트륨(sodium hydroxide)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 중합 개시제는
과황산 암모늄 수용액인 것인,
수성 아크릴계 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 기재; 및
상기 기재 상의 적어도 일면에 형성되는 점착층을 포함하고,
상기 점착층은, 제1항에 따른 수성 아크릴계 에멀젼 점착제 조성물에 의해 형성되는,
점착 부재.
- 제18항에 있어서,
FINAT 테스트 방법 No.2(FTM 2) 기준에 따라, 23±2℃ 및 55±5% RH 조건 하에서 SUS 표면에 대해 측정한 90도(Degree) 박리 강도 값이 5 N/in 내지 9 N/in 인 것인,
점착 부재.
- 제18항에 있어서,
FINAT 테스트 방법 No.8(FTM8) 기준에 따라, SUS 표면에 상기 점착층을 압착한 뒤 숙성시키고, 2 도(degree) 기울어진 벽면에 상기 SUS 표면에 압착된 타면을 부착시킨 상태에서 하단에 1kg 하중의 추를 걸어 고정 하중을 준 후, 23±2℃ 및 55±5% RH 조건 하에서 상기 SUS 의 부착면으로부터 상기 점착층이 떨어지는 시간을 측정하여 구한 유지력(shear strength)이 6 내지 10 시간인 것인,
